Just proves my point: arms don't need a whole lot of work to grow. In fact I'd even go as far to say that they don't need direct training if your back/chest workouts are intense enough. They get enough indirect work through deadlifts, bench press, squats, presses, etc to grow without needing much isolation.

And I'm sure plenty of guys would love to have your problem mate! :D

I definately agree with both of your points, but we have to admit that genes play a big part in this:)

What is strange is that both my calves and my arms are 14" (which is pretty good for someone not done growing yet and with a small frame [150 lbs]), but my arms look huge (meaning that whenever I wear something with short or no sleeves, I get always asked if I work out), while my calves have that "Starving Ethiopian" thing going on... I find it strange, because in an ideal body, arms and calves ARE SUPPOSED to be equally big, aren't they?

it looks so because the elbow joints are smaller than the knee joints.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

LOL .. no offence mate but squatting 99lbs isn't going to give you a thick waist.

It's just fat, don't worry about it.

I'd love to bench today, but it's raining hard and I can't, so I've just been measuring myself: I've grown half a inch! Now I'm a bit over 176 cm, while I used to be 175 even... Slight difference, but at least it means I'm not done growing yet.

Height: 176,5 cm (5'9 and a half)
Weight: 150 lbs
Chest (relaxed): 96,5 cm (+0,5 cm)
Chest (expanded): 100 cm (+2 cm)
Arms: 34,5 cm (+0,5 cm)
Forearms: 28 cm (+1 cm)
Waist (tight): 78 cm (=)
Waist (relaxed): 82,5 cm (-0,5 cm)
Calves: 37 cm (+0,5 cm)
Thighs: 54 cm (=)
Wrists: 16 cm (=)
Shoulders: 113 cm (=)
Neck: 37,5 cm (+0,5 cm)

I look bigger, though. Unfortunately, people I know are constantly reminding me that... ARGH!

That "stockiness" you were speaking of is in your chest and lats bro. Put mass on your chest, get it up to 41 - 42 inches, and you'll be sitting at a pretty V-taper if you've added some mass to lats as well.

I definately want to keep on growing, but I'm not sure you're right. My problem is that my chest already looks too large compared to my height and it makes me look like a midget. My brother thinks that it's because I often sport tight clothes (when I'm at the beach, I don't have that problem), but don't tight clothes usually make you look taller rather than shorter?

you've got a small chest, by like 3-4 inches.

You could sport a 42 - 44 inch chest w/ your waist size no problem.

PS, tight clothes will only make you look stocky and such if your torso is square, which means your waist has too much extra fat layin around in the back and love handle area.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Probably my chest looks bigger than most people's just because my frame is really small, but I get what you mean. I'll try and bulk my chest up another bit.

The strange thing is that, relying on those stats, in proportion my legs look bigger than my chest, while everyone keeps saying I have chicken legs and a huge chest. My bodyt is pretty strange:)

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Because I don't have a Squat Rack, so I can't load too much weight, since I have to do a Good Morning to load the barbell on my back and to unload it.

I'm putting 5 lbs on the barbell each workout... I hope I can keep going this way...

A question for Warboss, Lifeforce, semag and whoever wants to answer... Is it common to have such a little weight difference between bench and millies? Thx guys

I don't flat bench but I'd put at least 100-150 lbs between the two lifts (personally).

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.
