I went from 180 to 215 in 12 months...obviously muscle AND fat. But maaaan do i wish i bulked a little slower, cause losing fat the right way is a b1tch!
Been on a cut now for 4 months and only @ 12% bf & 205 lbs. Can't wait to be shredded!
My mistake on my bulk was too many high glycemic...
Yea...I gotta admit being covered in tattoos has definatly helped me in getting laid.
Each sleeve set me back about 5k each & pieces on my neck, stomach & legs has cost a pretty penny...But having quality work that flows well is the key.

1) That's why you should do low intensity cardio post workout. And your weight training should take no longer than 45 minutes. Get the job done & get out!
