    Would jogging be counterproductive to working out?

    I prefer doing Low Intensity cardio(30 min. walking on the treadmill with a slight incline) post weight training for optimum fat loss, seeing as your glycogen stores are depleted. And you should be sipping on a mixture of BCAA's/Whey pre/during/post workout to keep you in an anabolic state...
