I've noticed that girls who i come in contact with are always going for the guys with abs (duh!). I've started lifting weights and since i was fat i lost like 15 lbs but now i have this thin layer of fat covering my abs. What is the fastest way to uncover them before summer starts?

To be honest,the quickest way and easiest fix is gonna be to starve yourself. Summer is here and it's too late to do it any healthy way,BUT,if you want to do it,it can be done.

Just do some decline sit ups and chair leg lifts and you'll develop that 'v' and a nice 6-pack in no time.

If you starve yourself, you're metabolism is gonna crash and you're gonna go catabolic. Essentially your fat burner capabilities will shut down, and you'll start losing muscle instead. It's the bodys natural way of coping with starvation. It stores fat when it thinks going to need it, and burns fat when it doesn't. At the same time, when it's starving, your body will burn muscle as fuel because it's the least efficient to maintain.

Best way to lose fat in several weeks(5-8) is to:

8. Keep working out
9. No eating 4-6 hours before bed. period.
10. No drinking. Period. It's akin to a speedbump in the road to success.
11. The usuals(no fast food, blah blah blah)
12. Almost forgot, take 10ml of omega3 fish oils a day(thats about 6 capsuls)

The quickest way to uncover your abs would be to take a butchers knife, a bottle of tequila, and start cutting. Since that won't look good after, the next best thing you can do would be to do a search, as this topic has been asked, answered, and beaten to death approximately 283834 times. Thanks.
