Holy ****! You are a different breed of man. Your dedication and drive must be through the roof. Kudos.

Any tips on how to increase your brain's discipline?

Excellent work!

Congrats!

What was the turning point that made you finally decide to change? Or did you just love the exercise once you started it and got motivation from seeing results?

I wish I could say I did it for myself and to improve my health...blah blah blah

The main fuel for my change was a 5 letter word that starts with p and ends in y, haha

This was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I had to work extremely hard on cultivating discipline. I actually quit probably 5-6 times, but I kept getting back on the horse.

If I can go from over 300 pounds to this...imagine what you dudes who are only slightly out of shape can do!

What word are you talking about?

Yeh, definately some great perseverence there, and from all my sporting conquests, that is the most IMPORTANT part of all! Beleiving in your own ability and not using any stupid excuses to quit!

Thoughout my sporting life, I have seen many talented guys quit for some of the most rediculous reasons! One just didnt beleive in himself when he had some great skills, beleive it or not, one of the most talented teenagers I have ever seen quit because he had acne........and he could have gone on to do some great things at his sport.

It really is all about perseverence and persistance!

In the spirit of self improvement....

This is what hard work can get you. If any of you are out of shape....getting yourself in shape will completely change your life.

So here goes...plus 15 pounds of muscle, minus 150lbs of fat, plus a tan...

This is something that anyone who wants it bad enough can do. If any of you people that are reading this are sort of out of shape, or just plain tubs of lard...get off your fat asses and do something about it.

Just having a flat stomach will put you ahead of most of the other flabby losers...
