    I will say that over the past 4 years or so I went from a scrawny 160 to a ripped 205 (I'm 5'11). And I really haven't noticed a difference. I'm certainly not getting opened by chicks, or complimented by anyone other than family. It's pretty damn frustrating, since I'm working so hard in the gym.
