    Do you have access to a safety squat bar? It's a bar that lets you squat without using the arms: http://www.gymequipment.uk.com/store/image/3408h/Special_Bars_Safety_Squat_Bar.jpg If you can find one, that should take care of your squat and you shouldn't lose much deadlift strength.

    12/9/11/ I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night but dragged myself to the gym today anyway. Squat: 3 x 5 x 390 Pullup: 5 x 25 4 x 25 Called it a day here. Squats felt good but I felt like I was about to fall asleep. I'll deadlift from the floor on Monday instead of rack pulling.

    Yeah that's kind of what I'm doing now. I used to just squat, bench/ohp, deadlift, now I bench first on the days that I bench. I feel like it's made a big difference, but progress is still coming very slowly.
