    Deadlift once a week, go heavyI haven't tried those methods so I can't vouch on them but I just hit it as hard and heavy as I could. SIstarted on singles and raised the weight every rep. then went for doubles and then triples. Now I just hit it to failure raise the weight and hit it again...

    Feedback on performed exercises

    I do pullups with weight but I still do lat pulldowns. I feel them More across my back. I sit strict and focus on the lats. Do the tricep exercises but do them at the end. The majority of your workout should be compound lifts, then if you still have juice after, hit the accessory works.

    Take them if you want to, but I only take them now cuz they make my calories up. Basically I never needed them, but I always felt better for hhaving protein directly after a workout, trying to get that anabolic window.
