Try spice. Add a lot of it to eggs. Hot sauce the tuna. Jerk the chicken. Try new ways of preparing. Instead of scrambled why not try an omelette with a little cheese, a couple peppers, onions, some fresh garlic, etc.
I agree on diet. I used to eat just when I felt hungry and was wondering why I never grew. Once I really got into eating and huge amounts of protein no more did I think of myself as a hard gainer.

Hot water. Plus the sweat and increase in metabolism will help you with your body fat %. Not to mention you're getting a lot of water. I love green tea. You can heat it then let it cool if you want.
