1g Alcohol = 7 calories I would avoid alcohol altogether. Two shots of vodka has roughly 200 calories if you consider that alcohol does a have energy yield. Just imagine letting loose with more shots? Six-pack abs and an awesome sports jacket will attract the ladies with a whole lot less effort...
