I dont think "its cuz women manage people better" is the reason

But I often see a lot of women in management, even if they dont know anything.

example, in my country women really hate nerds and computers, and most of them, even students, can only launch word or microsoft powerpoint and thats all they can do.

then my friend says he works in IT field and they (IT guys) have a woman above her who knows nothing about computers lol

this is not single case, i see women in management very often.

Once I worked in some london hotel and some romanian chick there was promoted to supervisor while she didnt understand any english at all..like if you asked her "whats your name" she would probably say Natasha, but she wouldnt be able to say "My name is Natasha" (full sentence) (btw whole freaking management in that hotel was full of females ONLY)

basically in many places i worked there were women in management.

I see more women in management that lack the necessary skills sets than I do men lacking proper skills. Most of them got to the management level because they were simply female, not because they were qualified. Seen it so many times.

Many businesses require (or prefer) a degree for their management positions, and more women than men go to college these days. So it's no surprise.

Alot of the management positions prefear you don't even know what it is that you manage.

They don't like you to know the details of the job. I guess this focuses you on managing it.

I've seen a few incompetent supervisors get promoted simply because they were attractive females. The worst case of this was a trainer who always wore high heels, was hot as hell, showed off her rack in low cut blouses, and was an air head. If you don't care about the performance of those you hire or promote you might as well hire the eye candy.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

To be fair, good looking people will tend to get promoted anyway, even if they're men, so they have an advantage.
And sometimes, hot looking women can be discriminated against, especially by other catty women in high places. Men in high places can make things difficult for them also in various ways, especially if they desire them and feel rejected.
And lastly, also to be fair, some hot women complain that their talent, intelligence, and capabilities are overlooked because of their good looks.
I suppose it all evens out eventually.

That's true.

I disagree that this happens everywhere. Where I work at, half the IT department is women and it's safe to say most are pretty competent at what they do regardless if it is technical or managerial.

Though I can't speak for the rest of the organization (accounting, auditing, legal, etc...)

I noticed more biases in the retail space when you're the only male on an all-female team. Then again who wants to be in retail?

That’s a new one for me. I’ve worked 15 years in IT but have yet to come across a team that consists of 10% women. I never worked in media, so maybe that’s where the difference is.
