Thx for replies.
I play Tennis as well but it only works 1 forearm (and not the lagging one) and it doesn't really build it. Neither for me do pull ups.
I have considered fat gripz, might be time to give them a try.
How many of you guys hit forearms directly and what do you do?
They are my "lagiest" body part which is a shame as they are the most visible.
My hands used to give out before the target muscle on pullups, rows, deads etc but that is no longer the case. I do those exercises without straps and...
I disagree, rejections mean Im still a virgin at 24.
Whenever I go out my friends pull with ease, sometimes they get hit on without actually approaching anyone. Girls look at me with a mixture of fear and disgust.
"pings" have honed nothing and I have no idea how to attract the opposite sex.
Lol ok thanks, not sure if you joking me around or not but I'll give it a shot seeing as I've noticed (if its not too much info) that jacking off does make it a lot worse.
1 month of no fap, oh this is going to be difficult.
The last couple of weeks I've had lower back pain which is fairly constant.
IT goes away If I lie down, for example sleeping, but it comes back with any kind of bending over motion. I tried the bodyweight squat motion and it was there.
I can't do squats or deadlifts atm because of it...
Yeah I tend to enjoy nights out the most when I drink 1 or 2 beers max at the start of the night just to loosen myself up and then stay sober for the rest of it.
beta points: Had no position in life, no money, no job etc. Gave his life for a woman he just met.
Alpha points: Had natural good looks and scored a hot woman.
I'd say above average frustrated chump maybe.
Just as a side note I personally prefer T bar rows to bent over barbell rows but that is just a personal preference thing. Do any of you guys prefer T bar?
I have rows and deadlifts on my back day and I have lately noticed that I am actually getting my own V taper these days.
I do overhead...
But in theory Deadlifts and Rows increase back thickness not width so they should not affect the V taper. Pull ups are for width and will give the v taper with the lats. Shoulder workouts will help as well. Overhead press, side lateral raises and face pulls.
I would recommend keeping in deads...
I assume you mean the 2020 Olympics as thats a much more realistic timeframe to prepare for.
You would need to give us a bit more info like what sport you are trying to compete in for instance.
The 100M sprint will require different preparation than boxing or the iron man triathalon or...
I've never done a lat pull down in my life actually, I stick to pull ups.
But I would imagine that pull downs in front of you involve a little more bicep and a little less lat than behind.
