are you lifting as much as you can in the bench or are you taking it easy and getting your body acclimatised to the process as them weights seem quite low for your weight and your experience at lifting!
Also, your flat bench is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than incline, shouldn't it be the opposite?
Wow, thats alot of reps for that weight on the Sumo's...is the principle of this similar to that of the 20 rep squat? Primarily for growth!
Btw, you wouldn't think about taking any supplements to increase energy during workouts? I tried some today and they seem to give you more energy...more...
eat more... if your are eating a lot and still can't gain weight then you need to eat more...Show us your routine, it could probably do with a bit of work if you aren't gaining weight!

This week instead of trying 70kg like last week I attached 2.5kg on each side by putting the equivalent weight on each side attached to plastic bags! Thanks for the tip Quiksilver! :D

the best I can do for my lower body is deadlifts.. I simply don't have the facilities at home for squats, except smith machine squats which I won't do as they hurt my already bad knees. I also don't care about my calves or minor leg muscles as they are already much more muscular than my upper...

Since im bored I will post up my diet for the day. To be honest it was pretty lousy with little food because I couldn't be bothred eating, here goes:

This seems like a really short workout, but it was ****ing intense and I am more tired from it than from any other of my workouts...ever
yeah, because without them it is easy to gain 30lbs in 10 weeks without much fat increase! ha...if only they didn't make you spotty or didn't do anything else harmful to your body.....
