good progress man, your frame seems to have gotten way bigger since that photo of you at 176lbs!! you still making gains?

Quick update, been doing weights the last few weeks but diet has been low calorie as I have been trying to burn off some bely fat which I had gained.. so back to bulking again...started german volume training last week and shall be doing it for another 3- 4 weeks!
The workout it : Monday 10x10...
hey, no problem. it doesnt sound like much but it is 10 sets of 10 reps so if i did any more exercies it would be overtraining! will be interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks
