Hey rampage, keep us updated on your workout and results.

Just doing one exercise per bodypart and no isolations? Interesting. Do you know if anybody has had major success with this?

hey, no problem. it doesnt sound like much but it is 10 sets of 10 reps so if i did any more exercies it would be overtraining! will be interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks

You can also add a 3second tut to each rep as well.

time under tension, so for each negative of each rep you'll take 3 seconds to complete it. Its pretty brutal.
