I came to this forum to improve my game. I'm analyzing everything that I think I need to work on with all women. So if it's oneitis I got it for all women. Im married. But I still game. When I meet a new girl that I potentially might want to screw. I put my oneitis screening up imediately. Like a sub routine.
I monitor how much I think of them. Were my focus is. Were my focus is on my job and music etc etc. Not constantly but in passing.
And if any form of anxiety or compulsiveness starts to arise I put it aside and let it sit briefly and come back to it later.
Keeps me non reactive. Nexting has its place but so does patience.

I find a lot of situations with women can bet better delt with by being more patient. Women are good at this in a very cunning way. They use patience as a means to see what comes out of a man. Do it better then them. They want that rock.

Now see, THAT I can get behind. It suits my style of game very well. I already dgaf and so if I just gotta double down in that, that’s cool.

the issue I have is that I know I’ve lost girls in the past because of that. So I’m trying to find the best “way” that gets me the most return for my efforts. It’s such an ordeal to try and find new girls. I’d much rather have a few reliable fwbs I can screw over and over and use my mental energy on other things.

We can get attached to people. And I won't deny that men and women can get feelings for one another that cannot be developed between two friends of the same sex. Especially if sex is involved. There is however a beta need that comes from wanting to be with a woman more. Like you cannot live without her. That means you are not busy enough producing things for yourself.
