Like quag said... I wanna see some maxes! How's the bodyweight nowadays? You're probably really really well conditioned for a big dude given the high rep work! Keep it up!

Yeah around 225 230 still. I don't know when maxes will come, its been almost 6 months since I've really done any serious ones. I haven't been working with really heavy weight singles for awhile now.

I agree with being well conditioned. But I think its due to the 2 miles of walking I do every other day, good program, diet, and just getting what I have to get done for the most part.

Thanks fugly. I'm sure by the time I've got pictures up and rep maxes it will be something very cool. I look forward to sharing, and showing lpeople how it's done

Hey guys...I know you probably thought I was dead but rest assured, that is not the case :)

Been having a lot of problems in my life lately. As of three weeks ago my 2003 Pontiac set on fire sporadically during the night while it was off. It's a was a problem related to the fuse box...so my car was written off as a loss and I've had to collect insurance on it. It happened at a grand time as I was told by my parents I had to move by the end of December. So I've been looking for a car and place to live everyday now. I haven't been able to train, nor eat properly till this week which sucked. I've been complete crap in the gym, but that's what I expected after taking two weeks off. I've been increasingly tired and stress is not helping because guess what...I've got finals and a full time job to attend. So basically...it's been crazy!! Anyways I have some results from Monday and today

Monday-

Incline Bench 1x15rp - 10+6+4= 20 reps PR
55 pound chest stretch

Lateral Raise 1x20 ---- 10+6+5=21 reps w/25 lbs - was feeling so tired at this point...completely zapped for energy

ES for shoulder 1 minute ---- splitting pain

Skull Crusher --- did finish...I was yawning and I stretched my chest out funny and it became severly painful. This happened two days ago and the pain lasted for a good couple hours. I had to cut training here

WEDNESDAY

Leg Press 1x6 1x20
1x6 - 430=5lbs PR - hard----very hard

1x20 - 285lbs

ES for 1 minute for quads

Barbell Curl 20rp - 13+8+6 = 27 reps w/65 lbs PR BRUTAL!

Reverse Barbell curl - 1x15 - 55 lbs

ES for 1 minute for bis

Lying leg curl 15rp - 13+8+6= 27 reps w/75 lbs PR getting better thankfully

ES for 1 minute for hamstrings

Seated Calve Raise
1x12 (12 second positive followed by a 3 second negative) - 65 lbs PR

Diet has been decent the last couple days...although I've missed a meal or two going around looking for a car and a place to live. I've had to make do with McDonalds once by taking off the bun and eating a double quarter pounder.

All in all I'm not too enthuasic about training right now, tooooo many things on my mind. It's been a sucky month, but who knows...maybe a christmas miracle? haha

Tough break about the problems you're going through, Stallion, but you do have at least one bright side: you weren't in your car when it caught fire esp. if it was a total loss.

Thanks guys. Nothing will let me lose complete focus on my goals. It's been very rough but by the end of this month I'll hopefully have another place so everything gets back to normal.

I only complain quag cause I couldn't complete mondays workout :D I was happy with some of the PRs but I want to see what I've been seeing over the Past 3 months on DC. This whole 2-3 has been sucking royally.

Hey Johnny...I'm rooming with you now! ;) Btw I require the master-bedroom, internet connection, and you to do my food shopping since I don't have a car yet. Great, I'll have a taxi drop me off

Dude that sux about your ride! Good to hear you're getting through it ok, albeit a little bit scarred. Life always has a way of throwing crap at you when it comes you fitness goals, the key as you know, is to adapt and fight through it. Keep it up! I know you'll get through it!

I'm liking the high rep pull up work you're doing. Are you using overhand or underhand grip?

Yeah kickureface, its a minute. For some members of Doggcrapp it's two minutes when they are more advanced. It's a lot of fun

Thanks so much Fugly. Its been a tough couple week but as you see I'm right back at it as soon as I could. I enjoy life's challenges and the circumstances could have been much worse. Btw I do them overhand and don't forget it's on a machine to assist me. I could never do that many pullups wide unassisted right now :D

If by master bedroom you mean spare closet.. you got a deal!

Closet features:
Spacious 2x2 size with wall to wall carpeting, wire shelf with hangers already in place! Complete with great view! (if you like the dark)

So when are ya moving in? :D

Well I worked out last week a little but I'm officially back on track starting tomorrow. Life has been crazy and I've been too lazy to do other things. Haven't gain much more weight. Probably echoing 235 lbs at this point. My sole priorities are going to be more on the weight losing end as I need to fit into all my clothes again haha.

Well I'm here again. Will log in tomorrow night although I'm not expecting any PRs for the next couple weeks

Thanks Johnny! Where the f*** is your journal? lol

Back to work I guess you could say. I felt a ton weaker today, but I expect that. I now weigh 233. I kept my eating up, lots of beer and plenty of junk foods since my car was gone in the beginning of december. Now I've got my place and a truck...I'm friggin set. Had a good diet today.

Monday-

Incline Bench 1x15rp - 11+7+4= 22 reps 125 lbs

ES 40 pound chest stretch

Lateral Raise 1x20 ---- 14+8+5=27 reps w/15 lbs - shoulder cracking goodness

ES for shoulder 1 minute ---- splitting pain

Skull Crusher 1x20 13+7+4= 24 reps w/30

Rack Deads 1x6 1x12
1x6 - 225 lbs
1x12 - 185 lbs

OOOOOhhh my back. I wish I never stopped working out haha :D Starting my cardio full tomorrow. Its hard now that I don't have a treadmill.
