I'll max someday. Lately I've been finding DC a lot more fun. Never really used high reps too much before.

EFFORT...yeah been following everything. Including cardio. It's been great in the gym lately. Hopefully today is good.

I'd go higher rep on the second set of the leg press. like 30-35 or so.
calves are not a three second positive and a 12 second negative, I've told you this before!

the rest looks fairly good though.

I remember the calf work you gave me. It hurt :). I actually have pretty decent calves though, you know the whole genetic thing with them. I don't think I ever told you about my brothers though, f****** insane.

Keep up the good work Stallion!

Why would I make the reps so high on the leg press Alex?

As for the calves, looking over my workout I think there was a mistake accidentally written in for the calves although Alex, you have not told me about the calves good sir :) just the back stretch.

EFFORT and Warboss both wrong...oh the irony :D

Thanks Quag and Alex. I'm working hard over here.

**Monday I was in the hospital with my sis who had sugery...she had something called AVM and I couldn't workout. Diet has been...welll...I've been getting plenty of food but I haven't been doing so well this week with cardio. It's been a bad week so I'm just trying to get through it. Been messing up everywhere. Just completely off the norm. I'll do a lot better starting tomorrow. At least my lifts are going up. I can say that much.

Felt a lot better today, I'm really mad I couldn't squat on monday...going to see if EFFORT will allow me to switch the hacksquats for squats.

Wednesday

Bench Press 15rp - 10+7+6= 23 reps w/185lbs PR added 10lbs here...starting to get real heavy - would be nice to do 200lbs for 20 reps or more. I gotta say, my old max of 230lbs seems like a joke. I'm way stronger than that now

ES for chest...50 lbs - increased the weight...ohhh the pain lol

Seated Db Press 20rp - 12+8+5= 25reps w/50bs PR - very nice and difficult

ES for shoulders...very hard

Reverse Grip Bench Press 20rp - 15+8+6= 29 reps w/140lbs PR - felt a ton stronger here, I just ate the reps for dinner

ES for triceps w/40lbs ---finally got it today, very difficult

Hammer Wide Pulldowns 15rp - 8+5+5= 18 reps w/150lbs - felt off today on this

ES for back 1 minute - 25 lbs - getting harder and harder, mostly on my wrists though

Deadlift 1x6 - 360 lbs - was exceptionally tired at this point
1x12 - 290lbs PR - felt good here

Training is going well, I gotta say there are drastic changes in my physique and I'm a hell of a lot bigger. Been cheating the last two weeks, so my body fat% hides my muscle somewhat. I look big everywhere, will be interesting to see what it all looks like in six months. I'm becoming one strong dude one step at a time and it feels great! Might post up some pictures in the next month or two. Keep your panties on ladies ;)
