No problem silverwex, but as I said many times, the layout above isn't anywhere near perfect, if it doesn't work with you then skip it or change it around until you find something that fit you. Afterall I am stilla newbie and I have only got a fair understanding how my body responds. To be honest, when I'm in the gym I have a basic program I am suppossed to follow, but I try to listen to my body, what it want to be trained and what exercises would feel good. Try to listen to your own body. If it feels bad and you are all weak, change it around.

Anywys, it can be fun to try some new exercises though.

You look a ton better in the afterpics now. 6 months, you looked scary on the first pic and now you have gained enough to look good.

You talked about cutting. Well it's up to you, if you want to do that. If you bulk a little more then you will be able to do a cut in april to get fit to the beach ;) or you can just bulk up alot and cut down later if you can manage that. It's really your call and how much fat you can stand on your body. Personally I think you should cut up in the beginning of april so you look good to the beach season, it will get you eyed more and give you more motivation =)

No, prob =)

yeah it's a strange feeling posting images like that.

I was thinking a little on the back day, you might want to try to do the rows before the deadlifts to be more fresh when working the lats.

Gav's on the MAX-OT program as you can see when you read his big fat journals title "Gav's MAX-OT journal":p

Hey mate... yeah, it's ok... most people condiser sldl a hamstring exercise. It's great if you want to boost the power in the ordinary deadlifts. SLDL is less taxing than deads so you should be ok if you keep some distance between back and legday.

Yep, that's the power clean.

scroll down a bit and you'll see a video off someone performing a T-bar row.

hey silverwex. congratz for your gains. if you hit a plateau or get bored check out the routine in my journals it is very good for hometraining. nobody in this forum seems to like it.....but watch my gains, they aren't the baddest. also this is not some sh1t that i made up, it is covered for expample on bodybuilding.com as a very good routine for beginners. and with beginners i mean everybody who doesn't squat150kg,bench100kg etc.

cheers

Hey welcome back. It's great to have you back here. I was starting to wonder were you've gone.

When I did Max-Ot I kept my routine but I changed the rep range and my diet. It worked too.

hey double, hey life.

check out my post on bb.com - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=449975

i really dont wanna do a 5 day split as that means way more protein intake after workouts which means more money, somthing im not full of at the moment. :)

so basically i want a 3 (maybe 4) day split that will get me gaining again! im getting frustrated here!

these were my muscle/day workouts for the past 7 months:

- shoulders/chest/tris

- bicep/back

- legs

i wanna mix these up? know what i mean? something like: Monday Chest/biceps - Wednesday Legs/shoulders - Friday Back/triceps

any routines at hand? bear in mind that i work out at home so i mainly use free weights altho i have a lat bar, cable, dip bar, chin up bar etc on my power rack.

thanks.

Build one yourself, you're competent enough to know how your body respond better than any off us. Just include the big compound lifts and you'll be fine. And EAT MORE!

thats was the most common and certainly one of the best splits.

but why dont you give my workout program a shot

day1 benchpress(better: dips), squats, bentoverrows
day2 deadlifts, chin ups, military press

if you want to grow faster, you have to buy more protein:p
