I couldnt believe it myself and yes Im weighing myself with the EXACT same clothes every 2 weeks so I wasnt wearing a huge wolly jumper this week while I was on the scales!
Yeah I have a home gym, well if you could call it that! Its basically:
- Barbell
- EZ Reverse Curl Bar
- Bench with lat bar pulldown
- About 70kg in weights
- Dumbells
That's it! And I got nearly everything for FREE off family and friends!
I cant really explain how I managed to put on 5 lbs in 2 weeks tho, some guys here wont believe me but I dont care.
I basically eating 6 meals a day without fail, maybe relying a bit too much on the protein shakes!
