School Update
Guys guys guys guys guys!!!!!!!!
I don't have to take that fvck ass bullsh*t Cal 2 class anymore! I'm done!!!!!!!!
I made a D the first time and it turns out that's all I need to pass and move on. My school updated their curriculum.
I really, truly hope that I don't make a D in Databases. But if I do, I'll still get a credit so I can move on to my Senior Engineering courses.
So I'll make some progress towards my Computer Science degree no matter what.
I went to an advisor today so that I could double check some questions. And this shows that I can still move on.
I know a D isn't good. But I hate Cal 2 with the passion of 1000 suns. A D means I "kinda, sorta" get it. For Cal 2, that's enough. You never ever use that stuff when you're programming anyways.

The Questions I Asked My Advisor
Q1.) Can I take Math 3070 instead of Math 3410? This will enable me to dodge that Calculus 2 prerequisite.
A1.) That's totally fine. Take a look at the updated course plan for Computer Science. That shows you all that you need to know. And it says that taking Math 3070 is totally fine, which does not have a Calculus 2 Prerequisite.
Q2.) If I made a D in a class and then I made a W, is the D wiped from my record? Do I have to take it again?
A2.) All a D does is withdraw you from the class. If you had a D before that, you get to keep the credit.
Q3.) The Syllabus for CSC 2400 says it needs a D or greater in Math 1920. Not a C. This had been changed, is that accurate?
A3.) The department realized several people fail Cal 2 every semester. So we decided to make it so that you only need a D to get into this class. The best way to see the prerequisites is to go to the school Online Registration Website, that is always updated.
Q4.) Do I need a C or greater in CSC 3300 to get into CSC 4610, or just a credit?
A4.) Once again, this has been changed. A D is all you need. You know what they say, D stands for degree. (laughs)

So with that update, I'm on track to graduate. There's no need for me to take Cal 2 ever again. Fvck that class, I'm free. And no matter what, I'll be making progress towards my CS Degree by passing Databases. Slow and steady progress.
