As serious as the problems we face here in The Post-Industrial West are, they're nuisances, compared to
Humans who were sufficiently motivated still mated, DESPITE everything detailed in that video
Yes. And I think some men talk about the THOUGHT of children, but deep down know they’re not cut out for it or can’t find a woman who will be a good mother (or wife or quasi-wife) and is from a good family.

It’s sort of like what MGTOW‘s want to be but who are actually MSTOW’s (deselected men).

“I think I want kids but it’s so tough out there. Life’s so expensive and civilization is crumbling.”

Reality: “Nah dude. You know you’d suck as a dad and overall as a family member and there are no women who want your babies.”

The tragedy of The Manosphere is that no one has had the testicular fortiude to say to men across the nation words similar to those Aaron MacGruder uttered to an audience of mostly Black late teen-early 20somethings in 2003, regarding the largely unflattering depictions of Black people in popular culture at the time:

"Yeah, it's almost impossible to turn on the TV or visit social media here in The Anglosphere, without seeing men who act like schleps. And entirely too many fellas have begun to mimic the images they see on TV and social media, then mistaking this for Going Their Own Way. Lots of us are angry over this, yet rarely do we ever discuss what we do to rectify such things. So, let's start off by taking responsibility for ourselves... If fewer and fewer of us look and act schleppy on camera, we just may get more complementary representation in the media. In turn, more and more men will start emulating these complementary representations instead, and by extension thrive out in reality"

On this one I agree with you. The early MGTOWers looked like f—ing bums and seemed insane. And it was not so much what they said was insane, but their tone and affect. Even looking at some of the current ones, something goes off in my head and tells me, “this guy is weird and unlikable and would have issues attracting women no matter the era.

Then there are other men who say, “Young men need strong fathers,” and, “up your game, improve thyself, make more money, don’t take the role of victims,” basically better oneself and get stronger, yet are too p-ssy to fill a patriarchal role and have kids “cuz divorce court, da world be too scary and expensive,” bla, bla, bla.

Then ya got MGTOW Better Bachelor spending his days shaming women in an age when shaming today doesn’t do a goddamn thing to women! Women aren’t affected by whining either, which I’ve realized the manosphere is now largely about. Richard Cooper, Rollo, Terrence Popp, Aaron Clarey, Sartain, Fresh & Fit, all unhinged belly achers!

Yeah. Another parallel here would be the depictions of Americans of Italian ancestry in most entertaiment(be it mainstream Hollywood or social media)
Luigi and Carlina can't with any degree of honesty lay most of the blame for this on the evil Italophobic WASPs who run Hollywood, and we as men can't honestly assert that the creators of both mainstream and independent media are mostly at fault for the public's less than charitable view of us

Not when so many of us are not only taking these roles in entertainment, but also emulating what we see on screen in real life, then mistaking it for "going our own way". Even though doing so leaves us unfit for not only fatherhood, but any sort of employment beyond stocking shelves at CVS

I think you can write a thesis about your mentality since it is quite progressive from the regular red pill talking points. I think what you just wrote is the natural ideology where the red pill is going to go in the future.

I’m working on a blog and revamping my YT channel which I started for fun eight years ago but didn’t take seriously. And thank you.

Why do you feel you need to become a parent to give meaning to your life? There's no meaning to your life now?

Not really, no. Did you read the thread? Seems like you were primed for an attack.

Why not? Maybe because that's where all the single mommies come from? Getting it on with a guy who thinks it's laughing out loud funny to 'throw a fetus into a woman'?

I started a thread about wanting kids. I think you're drunker than I was.

There are a lot of ways to light a fire under your ass without a 25-year commitment.
Responses in bold.

I'd ask you tell me how, but you're banned lol

I already know you couldn't, by the way. You're probably a boomer that would wax on about extra houses, cars and trips to the ocean.

Boomers had it on EASY mode. Best economy in the history of the world lol. The dating market was also on EASY mode lol

And look at me, a worthless millennial. I worked my way through the trenches of Gen X men preaching woman hate ...(they created the red pill)... I learned game... I then watched the rise and fall of online dating.

And here I am - 22 years later - being optimistic about women and offspring. That's a success story, buddy. My mind beat all the odds

How will my life turn out? I don't know, but time has manifested a sense of confidence and optimism that i lacked when i was younger.

I have two kids. I’m open to a third.

I’m asking in all seriousness (not a stupid gotcha question): why didn’t you have them yet?
I crashed right before you posted this.

I grew up when the red-pill was first developing. There was a lot of negativity then, as men finally had an avenue to express their heartbreaks.

The men that created the red-pill were spurned in some way. Divorce in an unfair system will do that.

They were also smart as fvck, and created the basis for everything that's accepted now.

I read all that when I was in my late teens; it created a man that never should have been.

If you weren't around in the early oughts, you wouldn't undeestand

Yup. However as I said, legal marriage can be avoided. And a man can choose the right woman. I’m convinced some men DON’T want the right woman.
Also, I avoided marriage because most American women are attention wh0res, more worried about their social media presence than the street beneath their feet.

Not sure where you live (obviously not the states), but it's a different dynamic here, bud.

Men who supposedly went their own way yet spend nearly all waking hours thinking and talking about women.

I have two kids and am open to a third (we don’t use protection). I don’t give a flying f— about the state of the US regarding my own family. If I had little money, I’d do what others do for offspring: use welfare.
Where do you live?

I mean which country?

You are right. But my point still stands. At some point in life a man gotta let go of certain dreams. Especially this one is one what's dependent on yet another person.

It's definitely possible to have kids later in life but.. I geuss my sentiment is more about being at peace when certain things do or don't happen in life

If a man REALLY want kids he knows the drill: get a gf and impregnate her.
At what point should a man give up his dream of having kids?

I think you should reject the "peace" you made with yourself, and try again.

Send me a PM.

I appreciate your candour.

I think most people who require Welfare are in a (temporary) bad phase in their life where they have to depend on a government handout. There are always parasites who abuse the system, but just because other people do that, I don't feel an inclination to join their immoral ranks. That's my take on it.

Even if 'everybody' does something, I don't feel the need to join in. For instance, despite their popularity, I don't use dating apps, because I don't think that's the right way for me to date women. If someone wants to espouse the advantages of online dating, I tell them I'm glad it works for them. I have my own ways, but I'm not trying to convince anyone of doing things my way.
Why was this guy banned, mods?

His life does not have the meaning he sees in the lives of his friends with families. He has no tribe. He is a lion without a pride.
It's true that having children and starting a family can provide companionship and a sense of fulfillment as you get older.

Most people are together despite huge problems. Maybe they have children, but between them, there are grudges, dead bedrooms, and other issues, yet they stay together for the "good of the children." They have children and get married because others in their social circle do the same. They do this so as not to be left behind and not feel alone. "They are fake."

Then there is the man who grows up and decides to remain true to himself. Unfortunately, he has to deal with reality and knows very well that he cannot be happy in that "fairy tale."
It's really hard to find a healthy woman who is also a great mom that won't cheat on you.
That's why I say "reality", because most of them are like that.

Married couples are unhappy because they think being alone might be better.
Those who are single are unhappy because they think being married might be better.

The grass is always greener on the other side.

It would be curious to know what @BeExcellent thinks about cheating, on this topic.

I don’t think you quite understand. Having children is what we were meant to do. That's literally our only purpose. People that don't will always feel something missing.

Yes. Hence the expression we've all heard since we were kids... Women! Can't live with them, can't live without them... Men, throughout time, have swallowed their pride and did their duty. That's why you're alive.

Then there is the man who grows up and decides to remain true to himself. Unfortunately, he has to deal with reality and knows very well that he cannot be happy in that "fairy tale."

There are many cases of intelligent men purposely forgoing mating. There are monesteries for such men, and I admire their resolve. Maybe you can be a Schopenhauer or a Nietzche. Ultimately, it doesn matter. The world will keep turning.

Yes. The illusion of choice lol. It doesn't matter what you pick, eventually, everything else gains appeal.

Such is a life of a man without conviction, and i consider myself one of those. But it's never too late to find it. You have it within you

Not only do I live in the US, I lived the majority of my life in one of the boroughs of NYC and socialize and worked in four out of the five of them. I’ve been exposed to women of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds including the worst of them. I can say I started to be black and red pilled at thirteen in the early 1990s.
