dude, you would be RIGHT ON in your assessment if this was only about CHEATING, but the spook has been through something else in addition, that, unless you've been through it, you simply CAN'T understand. It's a SURREAL kinda thing.

It IS indeed scary, and I'm sorry for you, spook.

Every man should be watching out for this disorder. It's more common than one might think, and the "high functioning" BPDs can wreck your life. Really.

Excellent comments, Aliasdude.

I think that Latinodude was harsh on Spook by slamming him for the way he reacted. Geez give the guy a break and get off his face LM. UNless YOU have ever been gouged out by a BPD woman and had your entire sense of what is real tipped on its head, then you are in no position to criticize Spook or anyone who has tried to deal with these walking, sexing, bling covered tubs of evil.
Sure, he should have dumped her A$$ when she chaeted BUT I tell you this from first hand experience- when she cheats , you just add that to the growing pile of deliberately contrived dogshyte that she has sprayed into your life. THese women are like tumors -and in the same way that you can't dump a tumor you cannot just dump a BPD with one tough talking encounter. . Only those guys who have been infested with a BPD woman knows how it really is, in the same way that only cancer victims really know what it is like for their body to play host to a malignant tumor..

THis comment needs to be written on every man's fridge.
Perhaps we need another thread to discuss the "high functioners" These women are the most TOXIC of all. The Nutty Professionals. Geez don't get me started !

If any of you have seen the Showtime original series "Dexter" the character Dexter is a sociopath (Anti Social Personality Disorder being the new politically correct term for it) and his love interest for a while on the show named Lila is a perfect example of a high functioning BPD.

Sociopaths and BPD's tend to gravitate towards eachother and in truth BPD's should not have a relationship with any other type of person as the sociopath is the only type of person out there with the right kind of mind to handle these women and not get emotionally damaged by them since they have no emotions to damage and they are above BPD's and all the other cluster b's in manipulation skills.

Cluster B's are 24/7 365 days a year game players with no breaks and of them the sociopath is the master chess player.

Guys again, the whole idea was to figure a way for me to get free of this woman with her causing as little collateral damage as I could get. I've chosen the no contact route. Its been 5 WEEKS and my ex still calls and text messages. I'm almost certain that she did a drive by my place wednesday. Most SANE women would have enough self esteem to get the message.
I'm glad the posters on here that have had some involvement with these women have stepped up and helped. It's made a huge difference for me to A) understand what I was up against, and B) Know how to deal with it.
As my friend Jophil has said, I feel like Ulysses when he had his men lash him to the mast of the ship to avoid the temptation of the Sirens songs. Yes ex is throwing everything at me, I'm staying strong and thats due to understanding what illness she has. I won't be lulled into a Captain Save a Ho, or pulled into her drama. All it would do is perpetuate her illness sort of like an enabler does for an alcoholic. I'm sure that sooner or later she'll give up. In the meantime I am keeping vigilant and focused.
Thanks again all~
KC

on a personal note, when my exbpdgf went back with her prior bf when we broke up, the one she blamed on messing her up and thus making my world a heaping ball of ****, it hurt. it hurt right to the core. it also was the best thing for me. it showed me that i was just a phase or temp band aid for her. that the words she spoke to me were jsut that, words. that she needed to not be alone so badly that she went to him.
THis is more common than we realize. Men rarely "branch swing backwards", but women seem to do this frequently.
However, because a woman like this is driven by bloodyminded self interest, she will have no problem swinging back to the branch that she jumped off to get with you.
You need to realize that she will be bad mouthing you to him now and will have trumped up a reason for her return to his arms. All just a big con job.

And lastly, if you do get caught in their snare, maintain your dignity. I wish I would have. Spook.

Thank you for that. I just came home from a weekend away to find that my bpd girl has fallen back in love with her baby daddy. He can have her.

But I will maintain my dignity. Thank you for that advice.

Hey Spook your posts in this thread are great but dude make sure you put your age in your profile next time you sign on or else the mods will remove all your posts from the Mature Man forum.

The rules I think are you have to be 25 or older to post here and I'm pretty sure you are old enough to post here but yeah your posts are great and informative and I don't want to see them removed so definitely get your age listed in your profile here as soon as you can.

Ok well there's a link at the top left of your page that says "User CP" click that, then you will see a few lines down "user profile" or some such but anyway click the link that says profile on the left side of the screen after you have clicked on the User CP link.

Then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and there will be a box for you to fill in your age.

After you do that just click "Save Changes" and you're done.

Drmeathead you have to list your age in your profile for your posts to remain on the Mature Man board.

Age requirement is 25 I think for posting here.

Anyway in the last few posts I gave instructions so another poster could do this if you don't know how.

because you did not post your age in your profile and you must be at least 25 to post in this part of the forum. Kontrollerx gave step by step instructions before you posted last, on how to go into your profile and change your age to display your correct age.

Yeah I thought so too because its so easy for someone with an IQ level above tard to simply put 25 or older in their profile and their posts allowed to remain here.

For that reason its a stupid rule but it was made with good intentions I'm sure.

I agree.....you actually helped me determine that my ex had BPD. I and she both knew she was not right in the head....but this thread pin pointed it. And let me tell you how glad I am that were through....what a relief.

However...I guess rules are rules. Thanks for the insight though drmeathead

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

This is an amazing thread. If there is any one under age 25 reading this,
my word of advice is to read this thread every couple of months until you have it memorized. Doing so will do you better, in life, than learning even 30 new pick-up/seduction techniques. Maneuvering through life compares to driving. "Seduction" is the accelerator, thats all. No point accelerating the wrong way. I would say wisdom of this site allows you to steer. I see "inner game & confidence" as the breaks in life.

Bring his posts back!

I wanted to respond to one of your posts, responding to my BPD is a contrived term to legitimize ill behavior and calling it a "'disease" to counteract dissent for the person's own irresponsibility!! The same as drug addicts and alcoholics - they can't help themselves - it's a disease!! What ever happened to being accountable for your own actions!!!

I'll second bringing drmeathead's posts back. They were good posts and can help some of us. I may be dealing with a BPD chick too.
