Why are you only going to parallel? Below parallel is universally better.
(edited out, pigswill)

Keep your back tight the whole time, your whole body must be tight.
Fill you stomach with air and then do them.

I just got comfortable squatting, ive been trying to get parallel for some time and now Im getting it pretty well. Still getting used to squatting though, never done them before

What do you guys think will be in store for me after Rippetoes? When do you think ill be done with Rippetoes...?

Im noticing that my jeans keep falling off my waist, i pulled them up 2000 times today, results or not, it still made me feel like theres a difference...

There's no reason to stop using the Rippetoe program until you plateau. I made gains for almost 2 years on that program. Once linear progression doesn't work anymore you can switch to more complicated stuff like the Texas Method. But until then, if it's not broken, don't fix it :D

BTW, why are you doing bench, squat, deadlift? You'd probably be better off doing squat, bench, deadlift, give your legs and back a chance to rest while you bench.

Good stuff man, I'm liking this consistency.

As kerpal said, you probably won't need to change what you're doing for some time. At LEAST 12 weeks, perhaps more since you are still new to some of the lifts.

I was having trouble on my last set, and a guy came and helped me. He asked me if I thought I could do more weight.

Him: You think you can add more weight?
Me: Well how much?
Him: You ever try 2 plates?
Me: No never

He proceeds to put the 225lbs on. Him and his friend do it with the "suicide grip" I was scared for these guys, I didnt want the weight to fall on them.

So its my turn, I get under, I do 2 reps and hes like "its all you man" I tried my third rep and failed. He did help me on the first 2 though, I could feel it. I thanked the dude and left. I was tired as hell after that...

180 to 225 is impressive. good form?
i dont know if you are interested in lifting heavy, but if you do, get starting strength immediately (especially for the squat). :)
if you're main goal is just body recomp, then keep at it

Just wanna say something: I feel like my squats will have the same effect as my bench press, going up alot. I looked back at my squats from March and it was 115, now its 140, still may not be alot but I did raise the weight quite a bit, and squats are fun now, because they are killing me and my legs. Hopefully ill be hitting the 200's this summer.

Guys, ive been getting these weird headaches. Ill go to sleep with a small headache, then during the night, every time I shift my weight, be it my head or my body, I get this massive throbbing in my head then it goes away. This happens the whole night. Then I wake up, and EVERY TIME this happens, I throw up that morning, and use the bathroom. The headache stays throughout the whole day and dissipates over time....this has happened many times already, and clue as to what it is?

Yet today, I came across another problem. When I woke up this morning my right lower back was in extreme pain. I started flipping out because I couldnt find a position to stand in that would make the pain go away. So eventually I realized the right side of my back would hurt when I breathed in, this morning I couldnt yawn or take a deep breathe. I got in the warm shower today and now I can take deep breathes and its not hurting as much as it was at first. Did I sleep wrong? Did I pull a muscle?

On my last set of bench press, this guy wanted to work in, he did his set and then I went in to do mine. He kept making me laugh by saying things like; "cmon I wanna see 100 of these!"

Then when I actually started doing my reps he kept counting 101, 102, 103, 104! I ****in started laughing and couldnt finish my set

185x5, im fvcking pissed off here, I cant get this right! My lower back rounds and im bent over so much, its impossible to stick my chest out, I hate doing these now because I cant get them down..

20 mins cardio on elliptical, felt great...my 2 shirts were drenched in sweat
