Squat
155x5
155x5
155x5 Doing better here

Bench
185x2 Couldnt do these my arms were trembling(from squats maybe?) and my wrist is still hurting

Deadlift
135x5 Lowered the weight to work on my form. Quag that video you gave me was extremely helpful but I just cant press my chest out! I bend over, grab the bar, lower my hips until my shins touch the bar, then when i try to straighten out my back I just cant for some reason, Im thinking maybe because im tall i have to bend over more than others and my shoulders are rolled forward, im thinking of putting the bar on a couple plates to raise it for me a little...

20 minutes elliptical

Meal 1 - Protein Shake
Meal 2 - Roasted chicken (no, not an entire chicken)
Meal 3 - Rice, potatos and chicken with protein shake and green tea (post workout carbs)
Meal 4 -
Meal 5 -
Meal 6 -

Happy Monday

Bench
185x5
185x5 - Fail.

Today I was benching 185 and I couldnt get the last rep up, this guy worked in with me previously before I started my set. So im doing my bench and I cant get the weight up, and this jackass is just standing there looking around, meanwhile 185 pounds is about to come crashing down on my neck. He finally realizes im about to die and decides to help. Instead of going around the bench like a normal human being with a little bit of common sense, that retard lifts up one side on the barbell so the opposite side goes down, he then realized what a big idiot he is and begins to walk around and spot me properly (or so i think) So what he does he do? He lets go of the bar, and no he doesn't even walk all the way around, he takes 2 steps toward me, leans his body and stretches his arms all the way over me and grabs the bar from the middle. I felt like letting out a big " WHAT THE ****!!!!!" but good thing I didn't, everyone would have looked at me like I was crazy. I mean WTF, why would you do that, use your brain!

Squat
155x5
155x5
155x5 - These are tiring, thats why I love them, my form also look good, I realized that I needed to press my elbows back so my back doesn't round.

Deadlift
135x5 - Perfecting my form, props to Quag for the great video my form is 10x better.

20 minutes on the elliptical - 300+ calories. Im also hearing this myth
"the body under goes a phase between the 0-10/13 minute mark where it isnt burining alot of calories rather setting up for the rest of your workout - somethning along those lines. With low intensity i recommend at least a minimum of 40minutes at least"
Its probably garbage anyways..

Meal 1: Chicken + Veggies + Beans and green tea
Meal 2: Sandwich: Lettuce, Avacadoes, green peppers, bacon, cheese (post workout carbs)
Meal 3: Awesome protein shake with chocolate flavor, 2 spoonfulls of peanut butter and a whole banana.
Meal 4: 3 scrambled eggs, more green tea and fish oil
Rest of the meals still to come
Meal 5: Chicken and Green beans with green tea

Agreed, green tea is pretty tasty.

Good work man.

As for spotters.. I sware it seems obvious to me how one should perform in such a capacity.. but from my experience this sadly isn't obvious to a lot of people.

Hey guys, do you think my body might have plateaued? I mean, I was doing the same exercises for 7 months straight, wouldn't by body have gotten used to this already, maybe a couple months back?

You could try a new program if you wish, but I would be more concerned with checking your form before you do as I have said in the past.

Oh and did I mention, ignore those f******* on bodybuilding.com. Get everything from there out of your head and go on ironaddicts.com instead. Either that, or fork up $18 a month and use www.redpointfitness.com.

Here would be a good next step for you:

I agree with Quag. That would be an good replacement if you want to stop doing rippetoe.

Redpointfitness.com as a different option would be great also.

Whatever you choose, even to stay on rippetoe, the diet is extremely important. You seem to have been nailing it lately...so keep on that. Btw, don't drink green tea before bed if you want to sleep lol :)

Bench
185x3
185x3
185x3 - What the fvck, this used to be so easy now im stuggling i cant even get 5 reps up on the first set...

Incline DB Press
50lb dumbbell x 8
50lb dumbbell x 8
50lb dumbbell x 8
50lb dumbbell x 8 - These were very hard for me

Skull Crushers
65 lbs x 10
65 lbs x 10 - Couldnt finish

Military Press
35lb dumbbell x 8
35lb dumbbell x 8
35lb dumbbell x 8

Okay problems here. Is there a way I can re-arrange this? Mondays workout gets my very sore for days, then I come to workout wednesday and I can barley lift, and on top of that, bench press gets me tired for incline, and incline gets me tired for skull crushers and so on...im not lifting my hardest right now, because all my energy is going into the bench press and incline that I can hardly finish my other workouts and I know I can go heavier my arms are just giving out too early, this isnt working out for me

yeah if you're going balls-out on your bench your incline DB's and other accessory lifts are gonna be lower, don't worry about it, that's fine...it's that way for most everyone basically.

If you feel you're plateauing now (ie on your bench) maybe its time to move off Rippetoe and onto another routine for a while. Try a basic 3day split maybe?

CNS might have been off...who knows. Don't judge everything by one workout and keep working hard. I hope your eating good and doing morning/evening cardio. That's more important imo.
