Diet for 8/5/08
Meal 1: 3 hard boiled eggs, these are easier to eat, its not the food in the morning its the nasty texture of scrambled eggs, green tea
Meal 2: Protein shake with olive oil and peanut butter
Meal 3: My mom made rice, potatoes and some steak. I had to dig the steak out of the pot and leave some for the fam so I added a protein shake here with olive oil + fish oil
Meal 4: 3 scrambled eggs and ham + green tea and fish oil
Meal 5: More tuna and green tea here
Diet for 8/6/08
Meal 1: 3 eggs with green tea
Meal 2: Big protein shake with peanut butter and 3 raw eggs, I just take this with me 2 school, will the eggs be fine for a couple hours?
Meal 3: Chicken Breast + veggies + green tea and fish oil
Meal 4: Chicken salad with cheese, veggies and olive oil, more fish oil and green tea
Meal 5: 2 packets of tuna + lemon and some onions + green tea of course
Diet Today 8/7/08
Meal 1: 2 eggs sunnyside up with cheese and green tea
Meal 2: Few bacon strips with olive oil - not sure if this is enough to count as a meal :x
Meal 3: Homemade chicken salad wrapped in lettuce + green tea - soo good i suggest you guys try this, the recipe is easy just ask if you want it
Meal 4: I made more bacon and olive oil here, more fish oil pills, and 3g of Vitamin C powder today
Meal 5: More chicken salad and 2 cups of green tea + vitamin C
