EDIT: Whoops, that day I didnt do 135, now I see why your complimenting me, I typed 135 by mistake its supposed to be 115 :/

I also dont have a "official" weight, it keeps going up and down weekly!

Well, I E-mailed Iron Addict and asked him if he could re-arrange the workouts I was previously doing, but he instead directed me to a workout program with compound lifts and the slow carb diet (which is what i essentially doing, just never knew the name for it) So I just decide to do SL 5x5 and im sticking with it instead of always switching my workouts around.

Your weight can greatly flucuate depending on your day. Go by 250, not 260 lbs. So you intend to do what IA told you I'm guessing?? That's what I would do.

I was also supposed to do 45 degree hypers but the pad doesnt go any higher! Its very awkward getting on the machine, I set up the pad as high as it can go and only my knees are on the pad, everything above my knees isnt touching the pad
Diet:

Meal 1: 2 Scrambled eggs, I cant tolerate the taste of eggs or any food for that matter, in the morning or else I would have made more, maybe ill have to force myself

Meal 2: 3 Scrambled eggs and steak, green tea + fish oil

Meal 3: Chicken breast + fish oil + protein shake; post workout

More meals to come, im pretty sure ill boil some eggs and have a packet or two of some good tuna for the next 2-3 meals

In total 31g of carbs including whey scoops + peanut butter and

You can do regular hypers by putting a bench infront a lat pulldown and hooking your heels under the pads on the machine.

If you aren't up to eating in the morning, you could start the day with a large shake to get you going.

Diet for 8/5/08

Meal 1: 3 hard boiled eggs, these are easier to eat, its not the food in the morning its the nasty texture of scrambled eggs, green tea

Meal 2: Protein shake with olive oil and peanut butter

Meal 3: My mom made rice, potatoes and some steak. I had to dig the steak out of the pot and leave some for the fam so I added a protein shake here with olive oil + fish oil

Meal 4: 3 scrambled eggs and ham + green tea and fish oil

Meal 5: More tuna and green tea here :D

Diet for 8/6/08

Meal 1: 3 eggs with green tea

Meal 2: Big protein shake with peanut butter and 3 raw eggs, I just take this with me 2 school, will the eggs be fine for a couple hours?

Meal 3: Chicken Breast + veggies + green tea and fish oil

Meal 4: Chicken salad with cheese, veggies and olive oil, more fish oil and green tea

Meal 5: 2 packets of tuna + lemon and some onions + green tea of course :D


Diet Today 8/7/08

Meal 1: 2 eggs sunnyside up with cheese and green tea

Meal 2: Few bacon strips with olive oil - not sure if this is enough to count as a meal :x

Meal 3: Homemade chicken salad wrapped in lettuce + green tea - soo good i suggest you guys try this, the recipe is easy just ask if you want it

Meal 4: I made more bacon and olive oil here, more fish oil pills, and 3g of Vitamin C powder today

Meal 5: More chicken salad and 2 cups of green tea + vitamin C

Meal 6

updating :up: Oh yeah, I bought an 80 pack of emergen-C vitamin c powder, its 1000mg per packet, how much should I drink daily?

Vitamin C is one of the few supplements that you can megadose.

I'd take no less than 3-5g per day. Obviously since one of its functions is to repair tissue, take a good dose of it post workout.

Great going Andy. Work on adding calories slowly to breakfast, 3 eggs isn't much to start the day with.

The meals with chicken breast + fish oil need more fat. Cheese, nuts, olive oil, peanut butter, guacamole, mayonnaise, keep the skin on the chicken.. or better still just eat red meat and you get the fat in there. :D You need red meat daily. Bacon's fine for a meal but you're eating too little of it.

Btw you can wrap your chicken breasts with bacon and bake them, the bacon is crisp on the outside and the chicken doesn't dry up, give it a try. Eat with ranch or something awesome like that. Remember right now it's all about eating a lot of food to get you used to the diet and ensure your metabolism and thyroid run hot.

The eggs will keep no problem at school.

Take 1g vitamin C with your first 4-5 meals of the day. We will add it to pre/post drinks as well as Quik said but we're not worrying about those right now. By the way if you're getting a flashy vit c product it's likely to be more expensive than just plain tablets, so I'd get those instead.

Overall, great going. Get that ass healed up and we'll move some weight. :D

Thanks guys, turns out i have an abscess its i can see its pretty big too, im taking antibiotics and ibuprofin so hopefully it will drain itself of puss soon, the ibuprofin tablets are the equivalent of taking 3 advils so the pain is gone for longer, but i still cant sit! Anyways heres my diet for today that i will be updating, my fam also thinks im doing things wrong by eating all this fat but what do they know, theyre old school

8/8/08

Meal 1: 2 eggs and 4-5 strips of bacon, green tea

Meal 2: 2 beef patties and some bacon, i had one avacado and green tea here too
