How about squatting something a bit heavier?

You bench a solid 175 and DL 180lbs, you should be able to at least do 150 on the squat? If not more.

Also, eat more, as EFFORT said.

How to get more water? Drink more water.

If your back is hurting, the most likely cause is it is rounding at the bottom of the lift. In this case you will have to work on flexibility and box squats whilst lowering the box over time.

Or lower the weight and start from scratch till you can get your form perfect

Yeah, its rounding at my lower back, Im going to lower the weight again and perfect my form.

210x2 - Just for the hell of it.

Last year it was my goal to max out at 180, Im now repping it, awesome..!
I outbench my 19 year old brother and his friend....sweet

Today I weighed in at 284lbs. Im not sure if I made a mistake the last time, but I double checked this time, not sure why I came off as 300 a few weeks ago.

not much to say here, I like my Mon and Fri workouts the best
