im wrapping a towel around the bars for deads,curls,pull ups/chins and forearms, and well one of my friends was shaking my hand the other day and he was like "dude you taking roids?"
well looks like towels are handy after all :D also im gonna try farmers walk

I don't know if that's the exact order of your exercises, but if it is, I'd do the chins before curls as they're more demanding on the same muscle group. Looks like a solid lift though.

i do 1 set of chins between every set of every exercise,so if im doing 4 sets of squats and 3 sets of bench , ill do chins/pulls between each set and it'll be like 8 sets. 8X10 = 80

i know its overkill especially since im doing it everyday, and 5 sets when i wake up, but i noticed that my other lifts are becoming easier, well idk maybe its because im a noob :rock:

Dang dude...80 pullups a day will get you jacked. I don't think you can ever have too much frequency with bodyweight exercises

yeah i use a thick bar for everything bcuz i always hated it when some faggot squeezed my hand during handshakes just to prove that he is stronger.now when the same faggots shake hands with me they feel like they got the hands of an eunuch.best ego boost imo

i still cant do full-motion dips because the "supposedly" dip station is part of a multi-station machine. now when i climb that crap to do dips,it begins to rock and it becomes like a sea-saw balancing exercise. anyway i have to hit triceps with isolation.

fawking belly is still there albeit small.traps are like a girl so ill work on them from september.

ok i wanna set some goals to reach by september 1st

deadlift = 110kgs (240lbs) (currently at 100 kgs)
squats =110 kgs (currently at 95kgs)
bench = 100kgs 1 rep , 80 kgs 8 reps (currently 90kgs 1, 80 -2 reps)
thicker hands
bigger **** (no joke im working on it )

100kgs, i think i can easily do 110 kgs on monday, but the bar was bending so i think its a low quality type,time to change the gym? i dont know..
anyway i could pull 110kgs today but i was distracted today due to *cough* the opposite sex :D ( i know a few vaginas tingled when i lifted that 100 ,twice,they were giggling my way lol :D) diesel was right ,power makes cvnts tingle.

anyway i was a bit depressed today , bu after the workout i just feel awesome.just proof that exercise can affect a whole lot more than just muscles and tendons.
