100kgs, i think i can easily do 110 kgs on monday, but the bar was bending so i think its a low quality type,time to change the gym? i dont know..
anyway i could pull 110kgs today but i was distracted today due to *cough* the opposite sex
( i know a few vaginas tingled when i lifted that 100 ,twice,they were giggling my way lol
) diesel was right ,power makes cvnts tingle.
anyway i was a bit depressed today , bu after the workout i just feel awesome.just proof that exercise can affect a whole lot more than just muscles and tendons.
