im cutting but there was this party on saturday and i was like having a bad hangover, so i just slept till the next day and hit the gym after waking up

anyway, yeah ill be cutting for 6 weeks till july to lose around 3 kgs.

i was thinking of somehow fitting my workouts on sunday.saturday and fridays , i mean its just 4 weeks and after that the torture will (hopefully) finish.

im going to start raining for an upcoming powerlifting meet which is held between the employees at my workplace.
so i want to increase my 1RM in 2 weeks ...any suggestions?

i thought ill use wendler's powerlifting routine but it will be for 2 weeks....so i dont think it will work in such a short time span....

my 1RMs

deadlift =75kgs
squat = 90kgs
bench = 90kgs

I agree, eat right and train hard. but make sure your muscles are well rested before the event.

If you want to raise your max then you're gonna have to lift some heavy azz wieghts - or at least attempt to.
