well idk to be honest... i was like 84 for about 2 months(22nd feb -25th march) and on 19th april i was 87 :nervous:

2.5 kgs of muscle?i doubt that ....must be fat although my clothes are still the same and i dont feel any tightness...

^ finally improved my Military press :D
i know i could do like 12 reps or more on 50, but i got some pain in my right wrist since saturday morning , i think its due to a recent...fight....anyway
i think i'll go for 60kgs next week and see how many reps i can do

my biceps have grown by 1inch
traps are bigger now, not big but larger
belly still there :(...but its smaller, waaaaay smaller
neck has grown by 1 inch
thighs by 1/2 inch

BW is 87.8-86 kgs

These benches - are you doing 3 sets of 5? or just 3 reps per weight step up?

I mean it shouldn't really matter as long as you pust to exhaustion/failure by the end of the working weight, but it doesnt seem like much if theyre not sets:nervous:

Still - if you're gaining and you're happy with the gains, then ignore this bit:D

just 3 reps per weight,ive had around 4 kgs of gains so far in 2 months (10lbs)

try doing them as sets - push at least 8 into each set, you'll notice endurance, strength going up. When the weight gets heavy, I go for failure before I drop the weight a couple of disks and go to failure again.

chest and triceps recover fast - dont be afraid to bash them HARD - they soon explode out :D
