I was thinking about "How to win friends and influence people" the book today. How I take criticism of my workouts always need to be looked at honestly so I can improve. I am working Day 1-Chest triceps Day 2 shoulders Day 3 back biceps day 4 Legs then rest day then back again. This was the plan that I had laid out by a trainer. The previous poster said I should try to work a different program and I am going to give the trainer the first crack at my workout then if I don't feel like it is working I can switch. I keep in mind that personal trainer may or not be full of crap.

Leg day. Wow suck haha. I know if I put in time and energy I will see results.

I did chest today, didn't have the energy to get onto my triceps. I was really grinding it out, but I got 4 sets of bench and flys in. Really worked. I wouldn't be surprised if I am really sore tomorrow.

Biceps with a bar 4 sets lat pull downs abs today with a small walk. Really sucks but I work through it.

I did leg day today. I went hard that I about crumbled getting a drink of water. Almonds and eggs and tuna have replaced the Rice and chicken I have been eating.

Did shoulders today up right row shrugs.overhead press 4 sets each. Feel like ****. Thanks so suave. Ate chicken and eggs.

going slow and trying to take time. Be quick but don't hurry between sets.

It does feel good to be able to lift more weights. It is a rewarding hobby because you know the protein and work it took to get that extra weight off the ground.

I did squats today. They were deep and were painful. I did 60 lbs x10 60 lbs x10 and 60 x6. I felt dizzy and embarrassed at the crap wait that I could do, but I wanted to focus on putting time and energy getting in there and doing them deep. I know with work and time I can get stronger.

walked 3 miles. Did bench press with dumbells 80 x15 100 x10 120 x8 pr 120 x1

Woke up a bit sore today. I walked for 1.5 miles. I did shoulder presses and I did upright rows. I always focus my breathing and I need to make sure after I am done with a set to breath and give myself rest. I have been a bit light headed, but If I breathe it goes away.

I did 175 on bench 4x and I asked for a spot so I am humbling myself to get better.

Squats and leg presses today. I feel a bit bummed about my lack of progress, but I know that getting down isn't going to help me. Just have to work through it.
