I was thinking about "How to win friends and influence people" the book today. How I take criticism of my workouts always need to be looked at honestly so I can improve. I am working Day 1-Chest triceps Day 2 shoulders Day 3 back biceps day 4 Legs then rest day then back again. This was the plan that I had laid out by a trainer. The previous poster said I should try to work a different program and I am going to give the trainer the first crack at my workout then if I don't feel like it is working I can switch. I keep in mind that personal trainer may or not be full of crap.
