I read this whole **** :cool:

Hey, seems like you have most stuff figured out. It's really cool to see people discover that they only need their own personality and a good body to be successful with women. When people ask for advice on MSN they are too occupied with thechniques and stuff. Of course techniques help but lifitng really gives a good attitude along with the appearance.

From my XP the best way to get a girl you like is to wait a little to sleep with her so no other feelings get in the way. It's also a good way to weed out the *****es who only want you for your body and don't give a crap about who you are, what you do or anything. But go ahead and just rip the clothes off her, that can be fun too =)

It's so great you're getting that "I don't give a **** about what people think attitude" Yeah it really feels great. I'm getting that too at the moment. If I like something then why not do it? It makes no sense, you only live once.

Your bb goals sound really good, 170-175, then cutting... You'll look fantastic. But don't be fooled, you probably have more fat than you think in your body. That was a revelation I made when I cut a little. 75 kg 12 % BF is a very good goal to go for. The model you talked about is about 160-165 8-10 % BF I think. Just guessing.

Now go and get drunk! You deserve it, I'm gonna crack open a fine 19 year single malt and have a glass and watch a movie. Cheers mate!

first off, things started with me doing lots of phone calls and organizing the evening. everything cool. so i drunk some good beer with a mate untill the others came to pick us up. i wasn't drunk but in good mood. everything cool. then we got to the club. you normally need to have a girl to get in, girls can get it alone, but guys can't. everything cool. then 4 of us got in with 2 female friends. we other 5 waited a bit. then we talked to two cute girls if they go in with us, and they were very nice and agreed and stuff. so whatever i made the plan that they should go tell the bouncers that they have 2 more friends which come later, and they pulled the plan off perfectly. so, i asked the bouncer if 3 of us could get in with the 2girls, and the others later. the 2girls would have waited till we found 2other girls but it was my idea so that people could get faster in!! so, i let the 3AFC's and the 2girls in, and me and my "wingman" seachered for two more girls. actually we thought it would be fun and good practise to talk to some more girls. then I found two more, which started talking to 3guys. but me being the dominant DJ pulled them away(with words) that they go in with me and my mate. they were drunken and talked strange sh1t about that they got kicked out a long time ago in this club. we thought whatever and went to the bouncer. he said LOL these two girls wanted to bring beer in the club they aren't your friends you wanna fool me?! you dont get in today!! i was so FVCKING ANGRY i walked away fast and after 30metres i started kicking against the building walls and stuff and screaming, and this time people didn't just look at me, they STARED THE **** OUT OF ME. i almost kicked one guy as i wanted to kick a bottle on the street! i calmed down very slowly. my friends were getting out of the club and i wanted to try it again with one of the female friends. so, as i recognized to late, the bouncers had changed, and it was a new bouncer. so, i could have tried it with another random girl. but i had my female friend with me who was already in and the bouncer knew it. so he said to me, "you will not get in today no matter if you bring another girl or anything" then i got ENRAGED again. but now the best thing!! we finally after a lot of talking got to another club. me being the brave DJ, went ahead of the line and asked the bouncer if he can tell me how long we have to wait till we get in. he told me yeah you will get in in about ONE HOUR. so being the cool DJ i am said"ok then i will go get a burger around the corner and come back later". people around laughed at my comment, bouncer put on a small grin. so i got the burger and got back to 2mates who waited in the line. 10 minutes have been passed of the ONE HOUR and we were in front of the bouncer and he asked us 3 if we are one group(the others were eating burgers at the burger restaurant but I wanted to be in the line that i can go in for sure!). so we said yes we are one group and he said "i will not let you in". me trying to be calm:"may i ask y not?" "first, because i dont know you. and more important, because you are eating a burger in my line, that is big disrespect." WHAT THE **** **** **** **** JÖLKAÖLKJFAÖGDÖLHLSGADGÖAHDGÖHAGAÖLHGADÖGDÖLH I WOULD HAVE KILLED THE 170LBS 25% BF WANNABE BOUNCERWEAKLING BUT ****ING LAWS **** **** **** SO I JUST THREW THE BURGER AT THE STREET AND HIT AGAINST THE TRAFFIC STATION WHAT THE ****FUFCK******** LOLOLOLOOOL m.,............................................................

Haha you spent your entire evening out trying to get into a bar, respect man... :cool: Those bouncers sounded like the biggest *******s who have walked the earth. All bouncers are evilminded sadistic idiots.

actually i smile about the last evening, at least i made the best of it! man would that have been boring if i just went home being silent. well, it would suck a bit if it was in my home town but it was in a big city so no prob man. and my friends already know that i can be "a bit" agressive under certain circumstances, of course they laughed at the situation and my bad luck, i would have made jokes, too=]

lol one friend was comming around the corner from the burger restaurant to come back to us, and instead of us waiting in the lane for the club, he saw me throwing the burger on the street and screaming FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK. LOL, 2funny. now i really need the tan and new hair color, that the bouncers don't regocnize it's me :D

Congrats on all the records. I remember how great it felt to break 100! Sick ****, you're just rushing ahead like crazy.

No I don't use that. I apply the benzoyl peroxide before I sleep then I wash it off in the morning and then I put on moisturizer. If I mix them as acne.org says I get more acne.

Nice man, three records in one day. You beat me on the chest with one rep. I beat you on the squats with 15 reps ;)

You probably have weak stabilizers, that's why you lift so little on you're db bench.

yeah i figured that out, too, but i was wondering if that means when i'm training my stabilizerz more and they grow strong that i can lift more on regular bench?yeah you will always be ahead in squats but on bench i will do 15reps more than you in no time. i'm planning on 5x80kg for the beginning of may:cool:

No, I don't think you will lift much more on normal bench. The bar is already very stabilized, you lift it with two hands, each db must be stabilized. Db really help my ordinary bench though.

If you do incline for the first couple off times with db, then you just have to get used to it, it'll only take a couple off weeks. I bet next time you'll lift 20 kg on the incline db press.

hehe then i will try the 20kg db next time. yeh i thought there must be a reason why you are doing db bench all over the place.....**** i got a little shoulder injury yesterday....when i did the first rep of my 2nd bench set...but i thought nothing of it and kept going but now it hurts a bit, damn. i found a (hopefully) good article for bench form: http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=body_115b600 . also i plan on doing db inclines for some weeks and dips if possible. to beat you for 15reps there is nothing acceptable but the worlds best training routine and form :cool:

Yeah I read that. It's for powerlifting, not for hypertrofi. Good article though.

I do the db for better range off motion, plus it looks alot cooler I think. :cool: Don't even think you can beat me. :mad:

well, benchmaster is more interested in strenght for his chest, already has huge thangs sticking out, no need for double d's:cool: but every success starts with the imagination that it's possible, so how can i beat you without thinking about it?but maybe you have a little chance while i'm cutting :cool:
