ya lol. not that im big but even i have gotten some comments that i look stronger than i really am :/ people seem to believe that i benchpress 100kg+ because of my chest and stuff lol :/

haha.. yeah... I know what you mean. Yesterday a girl asked what I bench Pressed... I said 90 kg and she thought I was joking.. maybe I should say 150 kg next time someones ask. Why can't people ask how much you squat or deadlift.

lol, exactly. I had a few of my friends chuckling at me the other night... Here's the story:

I was at a friend's house friday night, playing some beer pong a bit drunk. My friend was talking to these chicks and they were talking about the gym or something. The chicks were like "let's see your muscles!" ...then, they bent their arms at the elbow, you know.... flexing the bicep, evidently the one muscle everyone thinks should be giant if you go to the gym.

I came over and drunkenly explained to them that my friend shouldn't show them his bicep, because his bicep exercises are kind of lagging, and that's what I got him working on. I told him that he should totally flex his pecs and such to try to show them his best muscles.... his benching and squatting is pretty damn good. I was explaining that you should flex the muscles that are good on your body... they just thought i was weird ;)

You got your head screwed on right mate - keep at it, youngling. I'm the same; my biceps are a very strong bodypart, but if someone asks me to flex I'll always pull my shorts up and show 'em my quads. (in the summer anyway)

Double - keep up the good work mate. Soon you'll be doing 120kg for 6 as a warmup squat .. ;) You might also want to look into rack chins instead of regular chins, since you seem to have those downpat. And tell them girls that squats is what puts mass on your chest, not wimpy bench press.

Alex - haha in my dreams =P can you give me a link for the rack chins, i never heard of them. Ok man i will educate them girls next time about the importance of leg training - i already done this to some guys who didnt want to hear it so why not explain the science of bodybuilding to some girls,maybe they will atleast pretend to listen that they can accidentantly touch my chest or something!


Lifeforce - sorry man i wanted to workout today and the day before....but i really couldnt. my whole body hurts, im totally exhausted mentally and physically. that would be okay so far but i also have lower back pain because i slept on the floor in the hotel(didnt want to pay :p). and the usual shoulder problems. but a new injury is comming up, i felt it since a few weeks but now it feels pretty severe. it's proabably because of the dips i feel a inflammation of the tendon sheath comming up and that would mean i couldnt train for weeks! so i wanna take it slow.

im thinking of a new workout plan for this hard times.

squats(If doable), chinups, static holds.

repeat 3times a week. pretty spartanic

2sets x some seconds x 135kg i count it as a new record for staticholds


tomorrow is next training session, i dont care if i overtrain what kind of **** weights are that anyway cant get worse!!!

Good lifting.. I see definite improvement in the chin-up section of your lifting. :p

Stack on the weights tomorrow.. we want to see a freakin hardcore workout.

dude :/ I'm really sorry for you. hope it heals up quick. It must be all the dipping as you say. Do you work with good form on the dips?

YES!! only some weeks ago i could barely do one chinup..........................with one hand :D


man this workout WAS hardcore with my current physical constitution......but well when you guys wanna see some REAL hardcore stuff then i will give you, but i dont know if tomorrow because of work. but next workout will be hardcore.


dunno, i think my form is good on the dips but im not an expert and it's hard to tell. i think it's more the ****ty homedipbar they are so tiny that i have to use a grip which ****s me pretty good :p i hope one day i will get back to benching

All joking aside, a strong powerbase (hips, legs, glutes, back) is the absolute best thing you can have as far as sex is concerned.

great squats dude... up to 80 next time! =)

Rows are looking good too. Take a break for a while with them now so they are not overtrained. It's good you finally are getting back to benching dude.

honestly today i felt like i havent trained bentoverrows yesterday at all. i only felt in the hams. it's hard for me to overtrain in the bi's and back at least it feels so.


yyooyo man.....i only hope my chest doesnt grow much more...its the only body part where i only wanna get stronger:D

haha.. I know what you mean. Seems like people who are like us have a hard time growing chest.

I'll be looking forward to the squating next time.

Okey.. then it's all good. Just keep at it. BTW my friend did 8 reps, 25 kg on the dips yesterday. :eek:
