considering i havent had any whey for about two weeks and no protein rich diet or anything more of a diet full of candies and 3times chinupping/dipping in 4days i think i can proudfully say im a hero making new records with pure willpower! dont wanna sound arrogant or anything just saying the truth

btw i probably will go to vacation for the next 8 days so that will leave me without lifting and a alcohol diet...you should be able to almost catch up with my current dips. so whats the bet? if i win i must travel to you, if i win then viceversa or something hahaha that would fire my azz up because im cheap =D
