i dont measure in kg! i've moved over to the UK and started measuring in stones:cool: stomach is already gotten better! no wonder it was demolished after this weekend!

my dips really suck but i only started doing them 2 months ago or so. so it's no wonder. i wish i would be better in dips instead of being chinup god so i wouldnt have such small arms!

im kind of happy in some way that im kind of heartbroken. it's just great to feel strong emotions instead of the usual standard feelings. i thought i could never feel like this again so im happy to feel again!! everything is turned lower. it's like im gathering energy for one big coup to express my feelings of love! what a bore is life without love and what an adventure with it! someday i want to restart contact with her - i hope she will want it, too. because i said we will probably never see again. maybe i should write her a letter that i want to have contact with her but just not now. i am so confused right now.

my current situation is ****. i even have strong psychosomatic problems showing through my body like coughing all the time without being ill and having problems with breathing, like something needs to get out but can't :/

there are still a lot basic things i have to do to be able to live a happy life which i will do. plus i will do a ****ing nice bulk up to 175 when im back from vacation =]

im still shredded my diet suxx like hell i get like 60g protein per day and dont really care :/

when i drove home a "forbidden" way through my village a "milf" pulled up her skirt and flashed her tits at me to stop me because she wanted to "warn" me because a car was comming up to me in the opposite direction. she said plz dont tell anybody about it, damn i wasnt able to take use of the situation i was totally caught by surprise, damn she had ****ing big tits and looked good for her age. at least it cheered me up a bit lol, never seen anything like that

yes i will up em dips i promise!!!!!

i want to get the chinups up to 10 then i will try the 20kg =] well i fear that the chinup bar will break through the doorframe and i will lie on the floor with demolished knees for all my life. any suggestions for a solution??

is the hercules movie already on dvd or is it new in the cinema?

considering i havent had any whey for about two weeks and no protein rich diet or anything more of a diet full of candies and 3times chinupping/dipping in 4days i think i can proudfully say im a hero making new records with pure willpower! dont wanna sound arrogant or anything just saying the truth

nice one mate. how much difference in reps is there when you do weighted exercises compared with non-weighted? i'm at 10 reps the now with my chinups so i reckon i should add some weight

i thought you said you've been eating candles lol, thought you'd lost it :D

i think in the beginning it was like 13chinups without weight and 7 with 5kg or something like that. weighted chinups are hard when you arent used to additional weight but then you seem to be able to up the weight at a pretty fast rate in my experience at least

kickass lifts man... you're making me jealous. Let's have some friendly competition. First to 6rep 26 kg wins on the dips. I need to get the tris up to good size. Something you wanna try? =) I'm at 9 reps at 7.5 kg after the skull crushers. So I figure I can manage 10 kg or something for 6 reps.

Anyways, have all the dipping and chin-uping made your arms much bigger?

hey dude

i just measured to tell you the new stats they are still 35 and 34cm. when i started the dips and chinupmania as you called it over in gavs thread(put a smile on my angry face :) ) i gained about 1cm on each arm but it hasnt changed over the last week. i may get the strength up a bit by pure willpower but even double seems to not gain any muscle size with almost only fastfood and candies.

yeh dude good you got my hint to the recent disorder thread.....all my attention and praise to you for getting it!! i hope my praise is worth anything to you because you histrionic guy dont wanna have a noname as a friend!!

im always up for challenge with you aslong as it doesnt include legs =] 6x26kg sounds good to me. it's about what i consider as the minimum to feel satisfied about my upper body strength. my chinup minimum goal i already reached. 5x100kg squat and 1x150kg deadlift are my other minimum goals i think(not sure yet) which seem way harder....damn legs :/

btw i probably will go to vacation for the next 8 days so that will leave me without lifting and a alcohol diet...you should be able to almost catch up with my current dips. so whats the bet? if i win i must travel to you, if i win then viceversa or something hahaha that would fire my azz up because im cheap =D

So cute of you to measure just for me. 1 cm increase is really good. Once you give it a rest they'll have time to grow, I bet you'll get up to 35.5 after this week. Why are your diet so bad double? Is it because you are on vacation?

Of course, you're double man... you're pretty famous/infamous in your ways here on the board. Your hardcore ways inspire us all. :D And besides we are insane together and we both lift weights, that has to mean something.

Great, Then it's on - 6x26 kg. Looking forward to tomorrow, it's gonna be a leg workout from the deepest depths of hell!

im gonna make a leg workout, too, tomorrow. i need to be able to dance at the vacation so i cant go with you to the deepest hell tomorrow;)

my whey shaker smells fouly because i didnt clean it and the milk is sore since many days. plus i have hardly any whey left - need to order some new before i go on vacation. besides that im currently refocusing and making plans on new hardcore ways and changes so be prepared, my episode of crap diet will end soon.

nah, not really just going for strength, size is also important for me. but i badly need to get my strength minimum requirements then i could live a bit more peaceful.
