We talked abit about the shoulder over MSN. I hope the a doctor can help with this. Let it rest and then come back with perfect form starting out light.

Semag, I've been very very busy the last few days. I'll update straight away :)

gav - every day is bench day.....like 6 times in 2weeks. every time an improvement and now the injury again that really suxx!!

semag - thanks for the link man....i was searching for it but didnt find it....THANKS MAN hope it works

lifeforce - yeh i will let it rest now a bit...maybe go to a doctor also and do the stuff from the link

just wantin to bump my journal...

yesterday i was getting back.......


the weights were terrible.....i get REAL weak when i take 2weeks off....i dont understand the people who get stronger taking time off.....great for them....but bad for me haha!!!!!


stuff like 6x45kg ATTG squat.....8x25kg miliary press........5x+0kg chinups.......i gotten veeeeeeeeeeeeery weak in this short time....shoulder is still not fully recovered but it's better.

man that is some serious loss of strength. Allthough I think it will return pretty quick.Just take it easy with the shoulder and all. I need you to drive like 3000 kms :p

finally.. =) how did your body feel about it? any injuries who played up when you worked out?

sounds almost as good as i look :cool:

shoulders played a bit up but was tolerable. lifts were weak as expected but my body feels pretty recovered i think....though im totally stressed and have a bit fever, stomach cramps etc from being stressed......espiacially the stomach problems suck ass....cause i cant eat as much as i need. it's important to get back though.


my mind felt a bit bored because the lifts were so low.....i think im gonna start with new record time sheme next time.

Just want to toss in a reply before I am off.

Take it easy with the shoulder man, do the towel stretches semag tiped you about.

Hope you get well soon. Starting with new record in things is good, then you feel you are making improvements at least. Feel free to write the trainings in the journals so I can see your improvement to man.

Cool man... I hope the shoulder will feel better after you have done this for a while.

Sorry I haven't been online, just been a little too much mentally this weekend.. I'll be online tomorrow.
