Cool, I hope it stays healthy... keep with the towel stretches... :D you put on some good weight for just starting out again. Lol the weights will just shoot up like crazy the next few weeks...

i think im gonna train like 4times a week now....military press 3-4times a week....hmm i think goals are for the next half year.......

military press 6x55kg
rows 6x80kg
chinups 10x+15kg
deads 1x150kg
squats 6x100kg
getting the rotators more flexible


oh my god im so damn sleepless im gonna write a PM

Hey man... I think it's a little much training the militaries 4 times a week.. I'd go with 2 tops or you'll just plateue on it or even regress.

Very attainable goals otherwise. :up:

come on dude take it low.....the goals will be very hard im sure....some injury here and there....but the main problem will be my diet because of school......im 8-11hours away from school everyday.....what shall i eat there i have no plan i just eat whatever comes in my hand and im always hungry......already known in class for eating all the time ............i want a slower metabolism !!!!!!!!!!

Dude... that's terrible... if you are good at baking then do a set of wardogs protein bars... Bring food... like whole wheat bread with eggs on them.. or a giant can of whey protein...

If they have a microwave oven at that place then you can do big cookings at the weekends and save in tupperware and bring every day.

yeah it's terrible..i cant bake but maybe i give the recipe to my mum muahaha.....yeah i should bring food better then some candies and fastfood......a can of whey.....umm i could.....but i wanna smoke talk and eat in the breaks not mixing whey with weierd looks from everywhere :/.......im thinking of taking a big bottle of mixed whey with me.......would this be okay?? i mean....i know mixing it hours before drinking it slows down digestion....but the protein doesnt go away so it would be okay?no we dont have microwaves etc.......so i guess making chicken sandwich and bringing premixed whey and some junk food would be a good solution for the future?

Dude nice record.. +10 kg on the militaries... CNS seem to be wakening now.

Lol.. yeah sounds like a good idea. Mixing whey before going to school shouldn't be no worry. You say it yourself, the protein is still there, and if it slows down in digestion its only a good thing. Anyway... I'll write you something if I come up with something you can do. =)

do you do the same as life? e.g. just work out what muscles you feel like working? no plans?

yeah.....but i would rather say life does the same as me.....because i was doing that already some time ago =D.....i think it's the best when you have some experience......

my arms have gotten "a bit" small ......33,5 instead of 35,5cm.......i knew something was wrong......sad ****!! today workout later on.

want to start a new journal next week. A new journal because i will never go again through so much bulking and cutting pain. pretty damn stupid to constantly forcefeed myself, ending up feeling like fat **** and then eating very little and feeling like a pvssy. sure it accelerates getting a good body, but feeling like crap won't let me reach my goals.

Anyways..i just read you couldnt do chest? Is that true..if so what's the reason?

Plus I saw for military press you did like 3 sets with the same weight and the same number of reps (5*35 5*35 5*35). If you can do 3 sets with the exact same number of reps and weight that means you could do (much?) more reps for the first set. You should really choose a weight that allows you to do 6-8 reps for the first set and as soon as you can do 2 more reps (8-10) UP the weight. One of the things that have always helped me when I was wondering if I was growing or not was that I just sticked to my belief, that if I could increase the weight on my lifts over time, my muscles would have to grow and thus I would get visible results sooner or later if i sticked to it...and well it worked out pretty well tho during the first year or so i was constantly wondering if i had really gained muscle. But if you can keep increasing the weight on several lifts youll gain muscle. Some people will tell you strength and muscle are two different things but thats just not true. You can kind of influence the ratio of muscle/strength by using a different number of reps for your sets, but theres no way youre gonna get really muscular without being able to increase your lifts. Plus theres no way you can double or your benchpress or military press without getting a muscular chest/shoulders. Sometimes youll see guys who look less "strong" / muscular than you but who are able to bench or curl more weight, but that can be because they have shorter arms than you (I once read that ull have a very hard time becoming a good basketball player if ure small and you could have muscles like arnold schwarzenegger but have very long arms youll have a very hard time becoming a good weight lifter). Plus a lot of times you see guys who dont look overly muscular when wearing a shirt but when u see them without one (hope this doesnt sound too gay lol) u see they have definetly been working out those muscles. I know one guy who for his size has probably a somewhat more muscular body than me, but when hes wearing a shirt he looks just normal..but if he hadnt been weighlifting he wouldnt look average but plain skinny.
Anyways..dont care about other ppl..its all about yourself and if u can up the weights u lift ur muscles cant help but grow.
