Work in a backpacker hostel, tons of party slvts from all over the world will come in to stay
I'm not looking to score with the customers, I'm looking to score with the insiders.

Still gotta finish with schooling before I start looking at where I'd like to work. But besides the factors I listed above, def something close to my college campus/near the high school.
But are you sure the hooker-uppers are even in your city? I've also questioned if I'm "locationally challenged" and I feel like certain areas are more conducive to this kind of thing than others.

For instance, if you look at the models that Old Row and Total Frat Move and I'm Shmacked and so on post on Instagram? They tend to geotag what colleges these women are from. You'll find that some colleges scarcely get tagged, or never get tagged. What that suggests to me is that some colleges have a greater concentration of female students who like to take their clothes off on the Internet. And it was at one point, maybe even still somewhere in my heart, a goal to find the best college for that kind of thing and go there. If I can't get a job where all my co-workers are open sluts, I would go to a school where all my female classmates are open sluts. One or the other or something in between. But I can't do "Just go pick up women at the nightclub." That's not the same as being PART of an environment where all the women are sluts. Don't leave yourself stuck in a town near a school where the women aren't taking their clothes off.

By ‘hookup culture’ do you mean women who will bang random coworkers? If that’s the case. Porn-type work. Sex-work. Any job that entails lots of alcohol/drugs.
Basically yeah. If women are taking virgins aside to say "Hey feel my breasts doesn't that blow your mind" then I'm in the right place.

Problem is, "How can I do porn" is a question men have been trying to answer for themselves for decades. And all due respect to the larger seductionsphere/manosphere, but if it wasn't ****ing impossible to do this, surely someone in this sphere would've explained what you have to do and be to get in? PUAs will be like "Oh no, just take care of yourself and it doesn't matter how old you are, you can land 19 year olds with ease its all a science buy this book and see how" but if they can work that kind of magic, just tell me how to be a porn star. You can tell me all the reasons why I don't want to later. But if they've cracked the genome like they say, they should tell me how I could be ****ing my way through a little black book of all my porn starlet friends like I were Justice Young.

I think he just sounds young. Like someone who's a teenager with a fantasy/dream/fetish.
I'm old enough to remember who Justice Young is.

Okay, so I picked the wrong restaurant to work for because mine had no hookup culture. So how do I find the right restaurant, does anyone know?

I think you may not be understanding what I'm looking for. I'm not looking for a place where it's possible to hookup with your co-workers, I'm looking for a place where it's encouraged. Where people are doing it left and right all around you and you're some kind of weirdo if you don't.
My experience is that most places don’t mind if you date a coworker. However, if you’re a man in management, or a highly valued man, the organization will get squeemish about it. Can attest.

Don't mind, but that's not the same as a slutty culture pervading the workplace. They should be constantly talking about sex, forcing the issue even.

This is not aWealth and Success post. This isn't about money. This is about hooking up and nothing else.

Let me tell you a story from my high school days. High school (and a good bit of college I'm pretty sure) had this pervasive "hookup culture." Everyone was trying get laid and if you had no sexual/intimate experience you were a big nerd. Guys shot their shot with high value girls, the girls it was a real "achievement" to get with. And there was this one kid, who put on this somewhat clever act. He would pretend to be more naïve about "cool kid stuff" like kissing and sex than he actually was. He put on this super pure teacher's pet act. And everyone, at least outwardly, bought it. I say "clever," but maybe the rest of my classmates were gullible? But because he was such a prude, it was fascinating to them to present sexual scenarios to him. For instance, one day in class he's surrounded by a group of the cooler kids. And they're fascinated as usual about how he's never even kissed a girl or anything. And somehow he makes them believe that he doesn't know what breasts are. As in, the difference between a man's chest and a woman's chest. And so to educate him, this one girl takes his hands, presses them up against his own chest, and then guides his hands to start grabbing and fondling her breasts. A bunch of the boys were dumbfounded that it happened, and they tried to push the interaction further. But it didn't get much further because the teacher came back.

This is how things were almost every day at my school. Makeout sessions in the common area, guys and girls alike bragging to each other about their supposed sex exploits, pick-me girl after pick-me girl fishing for horny compliments from the guys. This wasn't the first or last time students ****ed with him either for being a fascinating nerd. He was always getting called over by some group to see how he would react to something sexual. These two girls would force lap dances on him because it amused them how much he supposedly was confused and upset by it. To this, the men's rights activist in you is probably saying "If the roles were reversed, the rainbow hairs would've renamed several pancake mascots over this." And you're right. But if it's any solace, this was 100% absolutely all according to this guy's plan. He wanted this. I knew this guy. So if I was something like friends with this guy, how come I didn't join in his game of hard to get? Didn't I want lap dances? Well, for a couple reasons. But chief among them, I was told "There'll be time for that kind of fun once you graduate. Once you're a grownup you can have this kind of fun all the time!" Clearly things didn't pan out like that. And now I'm like "If I'd have known I would never experience an environment like school ever again? I maybe would've kept a more open mind back then." It's not that I tried and failed to score back then. It was for lack of trying. That's what sucks so much about this.

But maybe I can go back. Maybe there's a career I can change to that's like school in this respect. With a pervasive hookup culture. Where prudes are bagged up on sight and subjected to sexual experimentation. With lots of female co-workers that wanna have sex, ideally with me. I've looked though, and the thing that anyone with common sense will tell you about the workplace is, you're supposed to keep your sexual impositions to yourself. Yes, two consenting adult co-workers can have sex if they choose and somehow manage to not turn it into an HR nightmare. But that's not the same as it was in school. Where it was like the opposite. Where no one would shut up about sex. Where your peers were prized as sexual conquests in and of themselves.

But maybe you know different. Maybe you know a career I can pursue where I would be surrounded by this kind of hookup culture?

How desperate does one need to be to try and find a career that encourages hookups?
I don't think it's desperate because you'll spend most of your time at work so it makes sense to want to find some sort of value out of it. I personally prefer jobs where I can make friends, meet girls, have fun, learn interesting things and useful skills, etc.

Money and Status are important, but not absolutely everything.

I can't imagine a job where hooking up is "encouraged." Even under the best case scenario, the boss will be like "I don't care if you date. What you do outside of work is not my business."

I know of one large (and fairly upscale) restaurant where the staff frequently date. The hot bartender girl was dating the cook for a while. But I couldn't tell you exactly how to "screen" restaurants to find the "best" one for that purpose.

I don't need the boss to encourage it, like how I don't need teachers to encourage students to hook up. I just need the staff to be as obsessed with sex as students are.

You'll quickly find out what sexual harassment at the workplace is and then good luck finding another job with that on your record.

You must not actually have a real job. Nobody is "obsessed" with sex at work. They are too busy trying to do their jobs and not get fired.

we’ve had so much sex at work that our organization has had to issue memos stating ‘sexual activity is prohibited on Organization property’. I got a BJ from a coworker on Organization property and so on. if you think employees aren’t fvcking you’re just not aware. work is a fvck-factory. I could tell stories for days.

Sounds like some minimum wage job where nobody cares about losing it.

Until one chick would rather make a few hundred grand than suck your d!ck
my last work GF caused management to freak. they pulled me in for counseling and told me if things went bad. They were afraid I’d have to transfer to another division. they didn’t want that and wanted we to seek counseling before I got further involved with her. ‍♂♂♂
