I think what is saying is if there's a good amount of girls in your workplace, flirt with them. I actually don't know about this HR business. Where you flirt with a chick but she doesn't like you. And therefore feels uncomfortable enough with you, that she'll tell HR on you to get your ass fired. Does that go on your record? And therefore affect future job opportunities?
