You must not actually have a real job. Nobody is "obsessed" with sex at work. They are too busy trying to do their jobs and not get fired.

Right so this actually turns out to be a very difficult question. Logic would dictate you do a search like, "top 50 party schools in America." But that's also what the best looking elite guys do too. So while there may be slutty girls in these colleges, they're all gonna want to hookup with them. So rather than compete with these guys, you want to be somewhere where your really only one of the only options to go to for that. Like your smv is just astronomically higher than anyone else. Big fish in a small pond kinda thing. I got kinda lucky with how I found my college so I can't offer much help there. I've yet to attend, I've only heard from conversation about how crazy the white girls (my favorite) are at this college.

every workplace id a hookup culture. as long as there are women. I have worked in tech. healthcare. military. finance. marketing.., it doesn’t matter. as long as there are women. it’s a sexual market.

Am I really gonna show up to Arizona State and find people having orgies in the dorms? Or is it gonna be a lot like every other college? People quietly studying in the student union? And when you read deeper, what these lists consider a "party" varies. Oh, you have lots of live music events and fun little senior traditions? That's not what I mean by "party school." I mean the sex having kind of party. These lists aren't based on anything concrete. So a long time ago I decided to do my own research.

Hmmm, that's not quite the culture I'm going for. Because who's to say you didn't just cultivate your own sluts? Maybe you could've done that anywhere. But I'm looking for an environment that is sluttier than usual. Where I don't have to bring the sluttiness out of anybody. The obsession is there and active right away.

That's a pretty sad/boring/stressful workplace. But it's probably also a typical workplace.

I can't imagine a job where hooking up is "encouraged." Even under the best case scenario, the boss will be like "I don't care if you date. What you do outside of work is not my business."

I know of one large (and fairly upscale) restaurant where the staff frequently date. The hot bartender girl was dating the cook for a while. But I couldn't tell you exactly how to "screen" restaurants to find the "best" one for that purpose.

I think the way to screen would be to look for workplaces where the employees are friendly/flirting and having conversations. Rather than ones where everyone is under strict observation or stressed out.
