    The Secret to Massive Triceps

Good question. Heavy bench press/overhead press will already hit the triceps hard. I don't do any direct triceps work to be honest. I let the overhead press do the job. I'm happy with the results (not doing bodybuilding anyway). If you want a bigger triceps: 1) eat more 2) add...

First Compliment Ever about my Body

true. Most girls will feel insecure because of the way you look. Another reason why they will tell you they don't like it. If you stop: 1) you're more available to them 2) your value drops

    Deadlifts, need advise

Rolling at the top of the movement is dangerous. Bad for shoulders. People who do this, want to emphasize the traps more than they already do witht deadlifts. As you write: traps hold the weight isometrically. Gives them enough work. If you want to work the traps: don't roll shoulders...

First Compliment Ever about my Body

I think it's rather the mindset (ambition, discipline, persistence, confidence,...) that it develops that attracts them. But you're right, maybe they were attracted to how I look like. Could be another one the sirens' mindtricks to make someone stop what he does.

Low budget is barefoot :) I walk a lot barefoot at home, it's more natural. You've got it, as long as its resists compression, you're ok.
