I don't think you should show that you're mad....ok, here is the thing. Don't contact her until she contacts you, and when she does, bring it up in a joking sort of way, but make sure she understands that what she did isn't cool.

Ok. So if I give her my number I'll know whether or not she's interested for sure, but if she's not, then it's a lost cause. But if I don't and just walk away, then ignore her, then I'll know she's not currently that interested, but there is hope for the future. Is that what you're saying?
