    My anxious attachment style

I'm definitely not always anxious. I'm actually pretty secure in a relationship. There are things that trigger me though, emotionally withholding, stonewalling e.t.c. this triggers the anxious in me. In the past it's where I lost all frame and respect. Usually the behaviour I'm facing...

    My anxious attachment style

My life is very rich in regards of hobbies, drive, passions, social connections, my business e.t.c. I have an abundance of places that require me to invest my energy. Literally so many things begging for my attention. Not enough time in the day usually. For me it's not about throwing...

    My anxious attachment style

Been trying to look into the mirror lately. One of the things I need to address is an anxious attachment style (hate this buzz phrase btw) that I have. It developed in childhood. My parents owned shops, basically as I child I was left in the empty house at the back of the shop we owned to...

So yeah. Had a hormonal implant. Under doctors advise she got it removed, because if the extreme effect on her body and moods. Had it replaced with a copper coil (non hormonal). Been around a month now. Jesus Christ. Her PMDD is seriously gotten out of control. Everyone close to her...

I don't know about guys. I have a group of friends I've known since childhood. Been through thick and thin together. They are my go to for support. My experience of this is a little different.

    Women and empathy

I've definitely fallen into the trap of the false advertising. Going through genuinely rough patches where I have reached out to women I've been in a relationship with. I never got the support I craved. It's just had an overwhelming effect on them. It's definitely a mistake to think you can...

    Women and empathy

Just like to here your thoughts on women and empathy. Obviously women have empathy but I think is might be slightly different to how a man has empathy. I might be wrong on this assumption but it come across to me is the women's ability to empathise is about how it makes them feel. For...

    Women are so self obsessed

Money is my only motivation. If I were single it would be a different story. I'm only training and walking dogs, so nothing high profile. I'd say 90% of my clients are single women. So deal with quite a lot of this, although I'm still pretty naïve to it a fair bit . I didn't even...

    Women are so self obsessed

Actually you are on point witt this one. This particular client , over texts, sends me in business related texts at weird times. Same day has her moan, on my return answered the door holding a hammer and box of nails. She told me the draw under her bed had broken, and she was just trying...

    Women are so self obsessed

So was just talking to a client. Asked how her weekend was, woe is me. She's spent a couple our tidying her house, the weekend was so hard e.t.c. Thought I'd add to the conversation you know in the back and forth, mine was difficult too. I cut through a main gas pipe in the street with a...

My legs finally caught up with the rest of my body!

I'm in the UK too. Lol I don't know what the yanks are putting in the water over there but it seems like they are trashing the average gym goer in comparison. The strongest guy I know personally is my old training partner, trained on camp with him for like 7 years. His stats are 215kg squat...

My legs finally caught up with the rest of my body!

I'll have to check this out. I got onto training probably around 20 years ago too. I originally trained on a military base with old school powerlifters. So it's always been heavy and on the lower rep ranges, squats deads, presses e.t.c. My upper body absolutely loves this legs not so...

My legs finally caught up with the rest of my body!

No not put on fat. The terrain I walk on is super hilly, uneven muddy terrain, plus the weight of whatever I'm carrying. I haven't got the best leg genetics. Apparently they responded to walking up steep inclines and declines for 3 hours a day 5 days a week. It's gotta be the volume of...

My legs finally caught up with the rest of my body!

It's literally happened, you're basically arguing against fact. What real world experience do you have in training and how long?

My legs finally caught up with the rest of my body!

Don't believe all the articles you read on the internet, real world experience trumps it for sure. 100% my legs gained a lot more muscle mass from walking. It literally happened. Go figure.
