When i squat, i cant bend my knees enough so i can fully execute the squat. This is due to the fact that when i go to squat my tibialis anterior really burns and prevents me from moving and further downwards towards the floor. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

I've just recently made my lifting workout, but i don't know how many reps and sets to do. Atm I'm doing: Bench Presses Overhead Presses Barbell Rows Squats Dead lifts Bar Dips I'm not naturally strong so i doubt I'll be able to do many, but any help would be appreciated.
