If the quality of women goes down as you get older, why do a lot of you say to get married WAY later

I give up with you Neil.. you're trapped in your own little world.
As if you ever gave down with me?? My world features a nearly endless supply of gorgeous 20-22 year old women. At age 46, I'll take it.

Go rate the college cheerleaders on your site Neil. They will blow your girls out of the water.
Prove it - show me a photo. My girl rated 98/98/98. How do you "blow that out of the water"?

My last girlfriend was a cheerleader, you old bat.

It doesn't matter.

You sound like a shill at this point. You go find a college cheerleader who will date you from any of the big universities in Texas. Those are the apex of the top girls in their early 20s.

You don't have access to those kinds of women for one thing & if you did they wouldn't give you the time of day no matter how much money you wave around. Most are great students as well as great athletes.

Go rate the college cheerleaders on your site Neil. They will blow your girls out of the water. You can photograph them this fall at a stadium near you. That's as close as you'll get.

You are 47. You are supposed to have results that are tangible since you have been out of high school for 30 years. A 20 year old is just starting out. His woman marries for love, not money. Together they build a life.

At 20 years old I was a college student. Now I'm a millionaire 30 years later. Don't be ridiculous. Totally apples & oranges. You are embarrassing yourself.

Strippers are typically pretty rejects. My ex and I have a friend who was GM at a well known gentlemen's club. The stories that guy could tell you were something else. He married one for a while...she is in college, working her way through school, etc...he was divorced 2 years later to nobody's great surprise but his own. I know a man who married a Penthouse centerfold too...same result after 5 hellish years. Both those men went complete Captain Save a Ho. Both got burned. Both made great money & got hit with nasty divorce settlements.

Fall in love with strippers at your own risk.
This is what

Bigneil is RIGHT in this regard. There are strippers who were former NCAA atheletes, ones trying to pay for medical and law school, former sprinters, that are hot and know how to present themselves like a pro. My only thing is they are in it for the $$$. So they will take you when the opportunity provides itself.

And I'm sure some former collegiate cheerleaders too! Didn't think of that one...

BeExcellent is now taking the angle that I settled for a sub-par 20 year old. Anyone who knows me knows that I thought she was the most beautiful woman in the world. She even turned out to be from a rich family (God knows BeExcellent would be pushing the 'she's ghetto' angle otherwise, and saying she isn't 'top tier', all while promoting 20 year old boys with rich daddies who personally had to sign paperwork with her in order for her to rent to that boy).

I can only pray that I find a more beautiful woman with a more romantic and fulfilling story than my last stripper. Some of the happiest moments of my life were spent with her.

BeExcellent will pretend that a man having sex with his dream girl 50 times is a bad thing if they don't get married. The opposite is closer to the truth.

I coined a new term for what BeExcellent is pushing - Daddy's Little Boy

Nothing makes middle aged women more angry than middle aged men dating women half her age.
I actually second this. It hurts them subconsciously because youthfulness is something they cannot compete with, so they'll hate the man for being able to do better than them since they were once like that girl.

That, coupled with the fact they exploited their own youth for everything it was worth. When they were 20 they dated a few much older men themselves.

Trust me, I wish older women (or for that matter younger women) were still worth keeping around. 99% are not. They were hang-out, hook-out ho's in 1991 and now are used up (or they were born in 1991 and now are used up). Women are a commodity. Just earn enough to get your share of women in their prime. Better late than never.

You guys are cracking me up at this point. Why on Earth would I be mad Neil? I'm not jealous at all. Over what? A guy who wants to chase strippers and consider them top flight women? Nope. I think it's funny that this bothers you. I mean why can't you just say, "Yep. I dig strippers, big deal?" Instead you act like the single most insecure butt hurt guy here. You've got to insult anyone and everyone that threatens you reality.

WHY does anything here threaten your reality? Why the meltdown? I don't care what people say here. It doesn't affect my reality (which is quite nice, thank you) at all.

All Neil's assumptions about my rent house are false. And the details are unimportant. I do get market rent, and nobody co-signed. Cash flows great, especially since its free & clear.

Personally I've got more male attention than I can manage at any given time from 1% men and an ex husband who would take me back in a heartbeat. So I am not suffering at all Neil. Not even a little bit. I'm not pining for my youth either. So nope, no complaints here folks, lol.

My last girlfriend was a cheerleader, you old bat.
Not at the college level she wasn't. Hysterical. I said college cheerleader at any of the major Texas universities. Not high school where anyone who is popular gets elected. Enormous difference.

My sister was a college cheerleader at a major state university for 4 years. Those girls are required to maintain 10% body fat (caliper tested weekly or you are OFF the squad), need to be expert tumblers, and are required to maintain a high GPA. Why? There are 100s of girls dying to take their place so it's meet the standard or get booted. My sister was the flyer. That's the girl they throw high in the air when stunting. It's usually the smallest girl/best gymnast that gets that role, as its dangerous.

The discipline required to keep in that level of fitness, maintain high grades, and avoid injury does not equate to a party lifestyle at all. Every sorority wanted my sister to rush, but she didn't because she thought sorority life would be a distraction, would be expensive, and she was happy with her college sweetheart, who she married (they started dating at age 19) and she is still married to him for 20+ years. She never drank alcohol. She graduated *** laude. She went on and got a Masters degree, also *** laude. Her husband is now an executive in a household name company on the West coast and they live in a 2M house. She is a full time wife & mom, and she can still wear her cheer uniform 20+ years & 2 children later. They have an enviable lifestyle. Your last girlfriend, at 20 or 21 (the age of a college senior) was NOT such a girl. Sorry. Show me her life in 20 years and we can see at that point.

I have seen from my connections in the entertainment industry that people who are strippers usually have poor life outcomes. They are the ones who end up strung out on drugs, or desperate single moms, or both. If you think that is where your princess is to be found, more power to you. But let's not mislead other men.

Statistics do NOT show the majority of strippers putting themselves through medical school. That is largely fantasy as a matter of fact. Most doctors are 28 years old once they pass their full boards and are done training. Most strippers burn out of the industry (well the industry chews them up and spits them out) well before that.

But really it doesn't matter what I think. I could care less, it doesn't affect me. A few of those exist perhaps but very few of those girls have the mental stability combined with the intelligence to get through 4 years of college pulling 3.5 or better GPA, get into med school, and then cut it in med school (where basically you need to study or be in the lab ALL the time to do well) enough to complete medical school, earn an internship for a year, and complete residency. That is a 8-10 year process and med school, internship and residency typically require relocation. 21 year old women aren't anywhere near completion of that drill. 21 year old women might be college seniors IF they started at age 18 and went straight through, never mind medical school.

What drives women to strip clubs to work and what drives women to pursue professional school are very different things.

Now they may TELL you that as it's a great line to sell to naive customers, but you go find me a hand full of doctors who are practicing medicine who put themselves through school that way and I'll listen. I've been in healthcare for nearly 30 years and I've never seen one. I've never seen a nurse who did that either, but I would expect there are more of those, although they are not going to put that on their resume I assure you.

That's the thing about strippers. They will tell you anything you want to hear if it benefits them financially. How this is news I have no idea.

I don't know. A lot of older women are doing the same thing now. Dating younger men. Fun for everyone.

I think people should date who they're attracted to. Young, fat, old, strippers whatever. Do what makes you happy. But when someone seeks high fives and validation for doing what makes them happy, and resorts to insulting anyone who questions that, kind of makes me wonder why the need to prove how happy you are with your dating preferences. Just go and be happy then.

That's fine, but acknowledge it for what it is: You have an endless supply of damaged women who are with you for your money. Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging you for this - everyone can do what they want with their lives. But when you try and spin it as though this makes you some sort of super don juan I find it laughable..

Your ability to make the money to afford this lifestyle is admirable, but that's where it ends for me I'm afraid.

I'm actually referring to anybody haha but for the context of this thread I understand why men are attracted to 20yr old girls and will try to sleep with them if they can. I'd probably do the same thing if I was a man. I also see why women of all ages (myself included) appreciate the toned hot young body of a cute young man in his 20s. There are also lots of attractive older men and women who take care of their bodies and looks. Montreal has a lot of very attractive men and women of all ages. Not sure what's in the water there.

At the end of the day, it's what makes you happiest. Ideally, for those who want more than dates and casual hook ups having something attractive in addition to looks is key. There is nothing more disappointing than a hot guy or girl with an ugly personality.

They shouldn't be trying to compete on youth anyways. But yes it does bother many of them.

It's really simple: younger women have a higher market value. Meanwhile, men with resources (versus youth) have a higher market value. Women seek resources and men seek youth and fertility. A lot of jealous old women and broke men will say that women actually want young pretty males, but that is not nearly as common as their wanting men with resources (and young men with resources are super rare, have endless options, are not grown up yet, and tend to be terrible boyfriends). Indeed the process of learning to extract resources makes men better boyfriends to women for reasons beyond the resources themselves. It builds character, strength and a thick skin.

Men with options choose younger women. Despite the criticism he will get from people who are jealous, it goes without saying that a man who can keep a 21 year old happy could have kept a 31, 41 or 51 year old woman happy. The same way someone driving a BMW implies he could drive an old beater.

"Any man over 40 would have a woman half his age if he could - if he could."
- Confucius

The only reason society frowns upon men with much younger women is because the older women won't put out unless their husbands say they don't like it (plus, those guys are jealous and want to think there must be some good in his marrying an old fatty).

I mean society is hugely influenced by women, which will bring way down the acceptable age difference.

For example, most men would accept 25 years difference while (especially older) women would say 5 years so society averages out to say (25 + 5)/2 = 15 years is acceptable the limit. Note my last girlfriend and I looked about 15 years apart.

From a young woman's perspective (having been one myself as well as having many friends who were once young women as well as having employees who are currently young women) here are some things I can tell you. Most young women, if they are going to get married, marry young men. Perhaps a little older, but not a generation older. There are a number of very good reasons for this.

1. If a woman wants a family and a life mate why pick someone who's health is going to start failing at the same time she is trying to raise the children and around the same time her parents' health is starting to fail? Much better to choose someone with youth who can become successful than risk choosing someone whose health is likely to fail. If Neil were to marry (which he isn't but for sake of example) a 21 year old woman, and they remain together, then in 30 years he will be 77, while his wife is only 51. That is an enormous difference in age which translates eventually into an enormous difference in vigor. This is something women do consider, and if the woman isn't thinking along those lines you can be certain her parents are.

2. Child rearing is exhausting. A significantly older man is not going to have the energy to parent that a younger man will. There is no way to predict how a woman's body is going to handle childbirth. If there are complications someone is going to have to take care of the baby while the mother recovers. This responsibility falls first to the dad, and then perhaps to the grandmothers (if they are able) or to hired help. A successful older man may be able to afford hired help perhaps but much of this responsibility still falls to dad. Donald Trump has never changed a diaper in his life, but I assure you he hired whatever domestic help was needed to assist his wives in caring for young children. And he probably hosted Melania's mother for an extended period, as European tradition is that grandma comes to stay for a month or a few months to help her daughter with a new baby.

3. What if the older guy's health fails? A woman in her prime is going to have 30+ years in great health if she keeps herself well, but her husband will slowly lose the ability to be active as he ages decades ahead of her. She will go from feeling like she married to daddy to feeling like she is married to grandpa and grandpa is not sexy.

4. What do you do when your much younger woman gets buyer's remorse? Because as she sees the men in her peer group become successful in their own right, she WILL unless you are a serious multimillionaire or a serious celebrity or both. She will see her female peers with younger men her same age that are becoming the success she traded her prime for, and she will feel she shortchanged herself.

Now I don't have any issue with what Neil or other older guys do if they want to continue the revolving door with hot chicks. My friend in Vegas, who I've known forever dates women half his age all the time. Good for him. But he knows he doesn't want to wife one of these young women up because he knows they date him for his money and his celebrity, and he knows they WILL want him to father a child and he wants NO part of that at nearly 50. I know a doctor in Newport Beach who does the same thing. If an older man can pull younger women, that's wonderful, but neither my friend in Vegas nor the doctor in Newport are dating the top tier of young women as I described above. They get girls who are hot, and that's about it. And they both have a new woman on their arm every time I see them. More power to them both, but I would think for many people, as expressed in threads recently on this board, the constant rotation gets old after a while. My friend in Vegas has said this to me a number of times (my sex life is great but my love life sucks) but he gets laid like a rock star so for now it doesn't matter.

Men hit the wall too folks. I hate to tell you guys this. Age doesn't care if you are male or female, it is going to get you eventually. I met an extremely rich gentleman recently. Hundreds of millions of dollars rich (as told to me by some colleagues). He was a widower and had married the top dancer from the Copacobana in Miami years before. They had been married some 50 years until her death. We met at an investor's function as he made his money in real estate development and he still funds other developers. He is genteel man but in his 80s. You could tell he had been quite handsome in his day. But that's the point, in his day.

He took my card under the pretense of business endeavors and proceeded to show up at my office unannounced, call me incessantly, saying he was "an admirer" and so forth. He still thinks he is the dashing man he was decades ago. And its sad because he is lonely, obviously. All I see is an old man whose knowledge appealed to me, and who I would have been interested in learning from, but who I otherwise found gross from a physically attractive standpoint. He on the other hand thought he was going to parlay his money into dating me. Um. No.

My best friend's father wanted to date me after his divorce. I was in my 20s at the time. He's a millionaire as well, and has mentored me a little in business from time to time over the years. He did end up remarried to a beautiful woman about 12 years younger than him and they travel the world and have a good time. The idea to me of dating anyone that much older has always been yucky from my personal perspective, especially when I always had top choices in handsome men with ambition in my own age bracket. And that is still the way it is, except now those men are like Neil, actually successful with something to show for their life.

Exceptional young women who have their pick of young men who are ambitious, handsome, and going somewhere in life are going to choose from that pool almost without exception.
They will pick from among the up and coming doctors, lawyers, businessmen, architects, engineers, and athletes. The good news for @ImTheDoubleGreatest! is keep going as you are currently going and YOU will have the top women to select from yourself as you are still young and fit and ambitious. There will be a worthwhile woman for you to choose on your journey if you keep your eyes open and continue to develop yourself. That should be very good news to you. But realize that the exceptional women are going to get chosen by men as you go through your twenties. They will marry and no longer be on the market. So my advice is simply make a wise choice and don't miss the boat.
