I workout 3 days per week and it usually takes about 45 minutes. How long do you guy's workouts last?

Depends on the day; generally 3 days a week, from about 50-60 minutes.

Actual workout time is around 30 minutes, 3 - 5 times a week (depends on how much I feel like doing).

But I do bike ride often, but I don't call that part of my "workout" time.

mon, wed, fri, sun at about 60 - 75 mins each. This is just my weight training though I play bball on the side that I don't count.

3 days a week at 45 sounds fine. It's all about keeping your intensity up during your whole workout.

16 sets in 30-40 mins. I use lots of supersets, and usually leave every workout feeling like a zombie, but it's all worked well for me.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

I used to do 1 hour and 15 minutes, now I try to keep them around an hour. (Including warm-up)

About 30-40 minutes. About 15-18 sets. I use a lot of supersets and dropsets (especially at the end of my workout), also.

five days a week....usually two or three workouts each day. Usually takes me a little more than an hour because I like going slow...

I'm planning to join the gym in University

I already do kickboxing and will be doing hip hop dancing soon...

With my schedule, I can only workout two days a week (serious workout that is).

I plan to do something like this, but I need some approval of those experience in the area of cutting and retaining muscle.

Uni finished at 2 on tuesday... and I will go to work out at 2 to 3
then go to kickboxing which begins at 6 to 7:30

On Thursdays... uni finishes around 2 as well... so the same thing applies here, and I go to hip hop dance which is like later on the night, and I assume that it will go for an hr or so.

Would these two days of workout be good? Or should I space it out? I was also thinking about just doing regular push ups and situps in the days when I don't have workout sessions.

keep in mind that I want to be a little skinnier but retain muscle and get visible abs. Thanks...

Someone clue me in on the superset thing please.

I stick to 3 days a week, trying to keep it around hour. I got a buddy who just simply insists that a good work out must take a lot of time. He always tells me i dont work hard enough this is why i finish my workout quicker...

Leg day, chest day, back day. other exercises tossed in between.

Im bulking, so i dropped bball for good, even though im on the intramural team, getting bigger is more important right now.

if you're bulking, fvck supersets and don't spend any longer than 40 minutes per workout.

workout is suppose to be half an hour. After 30 minutes your testosterone level is down so working out any longer is not very effective. But I usually work out about 45 minutes, it seems rpetty hard to get everything done in half an hour and take breaks in between.

I have different schedules every once in awhile. Also got a spring and winter schedule. Right now I'm doing a 2 day work out. monday tuesday, rest on wednesday back up thursday and fridays then rest weekends. Sounds like 4 but its actually 2 sets of muscle that are split up. I keep changing everytime I think I'm about to hit a pleateu. changing helps me shock the muslce and past the pleateu. All works out for me. It depends on what your body can handle, so test it out yourself.

When I do cardio, I do them at least 6 hours apart from my weight training.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
