I workout 3 days per week and it usually takes about 45 minutes. How long do you guy's workouts last?
Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

if you're bulking, fvck supersets and don't spend any longer than 40 minutes per workout.Originally posted by Oxide
Someone clue me in on the superset thing please.
I stick to 3 days a week, trying to keep it around hour. I got a buddy who just simply insists that a good work out must take a lot of time. He always tells me i dont work hard enough this is why i finish my workout quicker...
Leg day, chest day, back day. other exercises tossed in between.
Im bulking, so i dropped bball for good, even though im on the intramural team, getting bigger is more important right now.
workout is suppose to be half an hour. After 30 minutes your testosterone level is down so working out any longer is not very effective. But I usually work out about 45 minutes, it seems rpetty hard to get everything done in half an hour and take breaks in between.Originally posted by TyTe`EyEs

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
