hmmm....
I work out 3 times a week and my work-out lasts for about 1 and a half hours. (I do between 300 - 400 crunches/sit-ups) which takes me about 30 minutes.... then i do boxing/kickboxing/karate/ and speed training... which takes me about abother 30 - 40 minutes... then i run on a tred-mil for about 20 - 30 minutes (2km run)
other than that, i play alot of soccer, i swim, surf, club ( lots of dancing is a workout and a half... especially at those trance parties ), and i do alot of walking around (Eg: when i wanna go to the beach (10 minute walk) i will rather WALK there than drive there) ... So i think that my work-out is good-ish... or am i mistaken? Anyone wanna comment on this? plz do.
Otherwise... working out will only help u to an extent.. its also about your diet... you need to eat healthy too...
My Diet:
7am - Toast with Hot chocolate
10am - A fruit, a health bar, and a sandwitch (brown bread) with cheese or tuna etc on it.
1pm - Another sandwitch and maybe a little snack like a smal packet of potato chips
4pm - (Main Meal) Chicken, rice, potato, carrots, peas... <--- something like that is what i try eat for lunch.
7pm - A shake which contains: Whey powder, mixed fruit all blended ( i drink about 200 - 300ml's of that )
9pm - A shake which contains: 1 banana, and half a cup of milk (200ml's) and i might have a cerial or something if i'm really hungy on that day, which rarly happens.
I drink about 10 cups (2 litres) of water a day too. ( NO coke, nothing like that! )
So... is this good/healthy? If not, please let me know what i should change .. Thanx...
Otherwise... given the above information, i still sit with the problem that i cant get my abs to show as much as i would like them to... they do show a BIT, but hardly noticable.... what could i do to get them to stick out more? I seem to have this layer of flab over my lower stomache, which i cant get rid of, and most people say that i am too thin, which brings me to my point that its not that i am FAT or anything, i just cant get rid of that layer of flab that i have on my stomach (lower stomache in speciific)... Any advise that might be able to help me out?
