1st of all, having sex with a girl that is drunk is not enough evidence to say she was raped. If we are all grown men here, we know this to be true. I'm tired of Latinoman saying if a chick is drunk and you have sex with her then you raped her.

What I said is that if the woman is drunk...and she goes to the authorities and said you two had NON-consenstual sex...then, YES...you raped her.

Something is wrong with your mind if that is how you think.

Back to the question: Yes I am with a girl right now who has been raped by a friend of hers a long time ago. This chick I am seeing is not normal by any means and has a very low opinion/ self esteem of herself and there is no way in hell that I would ever date a chick that has been raped/molested ever again. In the beginning she wanted sex ALL THE TIME, then it died off and I talked to her about it. She went on about how she felt unsexy and unattractive and that I deserve a hotter girl, ect. I worked with her through this and she is better about it, but our relationship can not compare to my other "normal " relations I had with other girls. There's no closeness like I had w other girls and theres this "coldness" about her even though she is a very caring girl, its still there.

If she wanted all the time...then the "rape" issue is NOT the real reason. The reason is...you.

This brings up a very important subject. When you are qualifying this girl for a LTR possibility, you have to ask tough questions before you start having feelings for her. Her past could effect YOUR future with her.

Past is ALWAYS important. And you don't need to interrogate her either. Women like to talk a lot...you simply encourage her to continue talking.

Something is wrong with your mind if that is how you think.

Hmmm...judging by who was ASKING the questions and who was giving the ADVICE...I feel that the one in the position of analysing is the one...well, giving the ADVICE.

Guys my point is simple.

1- Law says that having Non-Consentual sex with a woman that is drunk is rape.

2- Many cases in which women have claimed not having consentual sex because their faculties were gone due to alcohol have accused men of "rape"...and those men are currently in jail.

3- Many cases in which women (sober or drunk) WILLINGLY have had sex with men...have changed their mind and accused the man of "rape"...consequently damaging his life.

So...who is the one losing in here? The Man. (unless the woman was really rape, in which case she is the bigger loser).

It is very clear to me that the one that has to apply the best judgment is the one that was "naturally equiped" with it...and that is: THE MAN.

Be MEN...and stop whining and crying about how unfair is the law and how wrong is for women to cry "rape".

After all...if you are a DJ...then you have choices. And if you choose a woman that

1- is Drunk
2- is a slut
3- has some mental issues

then...YOU and only YOU have to deal with the consequences.

I apply good judgment and recognize the risks. Some risks are not worth taking. Especially if those are the ones that would land you in jail or bring a stigma (especially if your name is all over the newspaper).

A womans good vs bad nature is strictly a matter of her state of mind at any given moment. It has nothing to do with how good or bad you treat them. If you leave the toilet seat up or forget to take out the trash she will find a way to fvck you up if it bugs her.

Again, I didn't come into this thread to ask for some advice. This thread was hijacked from telling your experiences with rape victims to define what the definition of rape is/if shes drunk you raped her BS. Were all grown men here and we know what rape is and isnt. We know that some women actually have been raped, but the guy never got convicted. We also know that that some guys have been convicted of rape were definitely innocent but fell victum to the judicial system and the power that a woman calling "rape" has. We also know that having sex with a drunk chic is not the same thing as having sex with a mentally challenged individual!!! LOL!

Read the actual topic and you wont be confused of me asking a general question to answering the guys original question who started the soon to be hijacked thread.
