Nothing changed except my body composition. Not. A. Thing. Game can overcome natural obstacles, but getting fit is a HUGE boost, just as preselection is a huge boost in moving things along. Still, you need solid Game. Even Brad Pitt couldn't get women until he was a celeb.
Again, though, Pook says these women came onto him based on his physique alone, not through his "game". In the original post he says:

"all these examples here is based on attraction on the body alone. I am NOT working to get these women. My body is doing 99% of the attracting. I can just be a statue and get a response."

Obviously this is not a result every guy can expect from bulking up. It seems to work for some guys and not others. As I mentioned before, I'm betting height and looks are what is making the difference here, as long as the guy is not a complete stooge socially.

Just wanted to thank Espi for the encouraging advice. With summer in full swing here, it's nice to have a body I'm proud of. You're right that girls are probably checking me out, but I'm not picking up on it enough (except 2 girls I work with who won't shut up about my *amazing butt* uhh wtf haha).

A good body can get them crawling all over you for not other reason that being fit and good looking. However, if you put your foot in your mouth every time you open it you're just gonna turn them off and send them running. Looks can get you far, no doubt about it, and in many cases it's just a case of NOT screwing up by saying something stupid. On the other hand, if you don't get that kind of raw attraction then you need game to do so. It's not a zero sum game.

I'm starting to doubt this post of Pook. I mean, he put on 50 pounds. That is as much as humanly possible without steroids. That means he must have reached his genetic weightlifting potential, but that takes like 10 years...

Furthermore, smaller guys don't have this potential helas. I'm about 5'8 started out at 60 kg. Now I'm 80 kg and I'm still a small guy. If you're 6'3 with 205 lbs of solid muscle, yeah you must be huge, but also extremely genetically gifted.

Hey, interesting post!

6'3" 155 does sound quite thin. 6'3" 205 is much closer to a normal weight range. A bit muscular, but well within normal range rather than 'roid freak.

J: everyone's genetics are different: some people put on lean mass slowly, others very quickly. Some people can put on many pounds others few if any pounds.

Then there are all sorts of variables such as what you eat, how much, how many reps, technique, whether you lift to fatigue or don't, etc.

Maybe, but I've reached another conclusion as well: frame size dominates muscle mass in attracting girls.

First, A big guy is big without lifting weights and will be perceived as more masculine than a small guy who is still small in comparison to the big guy despite lifting weights and adding a ton of mass.

Second, a girl judges you with your clothes on. You never get to show the muscles you gained because you don't even get a date with that HB10. She chooses the big guy because she doesn't care that you deadlift 500 lbs and put on 50 lbs of muscle. In her eyes, you are still small.

Third, even with your clothes off, the big guy still wins. A big guy has big muscles despite lifting weights. All he has to do is lower his fat percentage and he looks like he as been lifting weights for a few years, while you,the small guy, still has smaller muscles, despite being closer to his genetic potential than the big guy.

In other words: a small guy is fcked and this post by Pook is overstated.

Uh, Pook is fake. The problem with horny teenage boys in America is they are so stupid as to believe anything they read.

shows guys from skinny to muscular

some of them have gained as much as pook did

all shut up and go lifting some weights and eat a LOT

peace

this must be the best joke i heard in years, thanks
Damn, you are so clueless and naive. Look carefully at these pictures again. These guys are still skinny, but they lowered their fat stores so that their muscles are much more visible. They are still small.

You mean like the white guy on post 4131 who put on 50 pounds and his shoulders clearly expanded and his arm got clearly more massive or post 4156 where the guy puts inches on his arms shoulders and pecs? Or many more on that post. I don't think it is JonSirG who is clueless and naive. Why are you bashing on every person who tries to workout?

Check post 4175, a skinny kid like him became massive as well. Or post 4181 where the guy gained 35 pounds. That whole forum is proof in the form of pictures.

Even though some of those guys bulked up, I agree with Darko that most of them are still small. I don't see smaller guys like this being able to draw flocks of women with their body alone the way a taller guy like Pook was able to. They're not going to have that intimidating/dominating effect that a bigger framed taller guy would have.

But even so, I still say everyone should work out and put on some muscle. Do it for yourself. If the women like it, that's just a bonus.

Because I'm a small guy myself and I know from my experience that lifting weights isn't the magic pill to being the huge muscular guy that makes every girl wet in 2 seconds by just flexing his biceps.

But a lot of guys on this board are selling those unrealistic expectations and are going to hugely disappoint the young, small naive kids who think they can add 800 lbs of mass and become the next Schwarzenegger by lifting weights and drinking Whey. All that thanks to keyboard jockeys, lyers, braggers and who can barely deadlift a basketball and thanks to genetic mutants that grow biceps like tennis balls by curling a 20 Kg bar.

I want it to STOP. STOP preying on the weak. Just STOP.

No one is selling a magic pill and saying it will be quick. COLOSSUS himself said that he's been working like 9 years and in your crusade to sh!t on everyone's thread you call him a steroid user.

You are selling a magic pill, because you don't write about limitations. For example, with this post, you are suggesiting that by working like 9 years you can get very far like Colossus. But not everybody can get far by working hard.

Even despite genetic limitations if you work out for 9 years you will be pretty jacked, maybe not the size of COLOSSUS but definitely big. If you worked out for 9 years and you don't look big something is wrong with your diet or your workout routine.

Sure you look big, but only in comparison to other genetic limited guys. Only with your clothes off. If a small guy is pretty jacked after 9 years, there'd still be no girl saying: ''wow that guy is so big''.

And you're completely right. That's why the people in the Health and Fitness forum say don't workout for girls do it only if you like it or for yourself. No magic pill.

Wow. You should just not go to the gym and not try to date women because no matter what you will never be worth any woman wanting. You are a loser and you will remain one and going to the gym will not make you a winner no matter how much you lift and how big you get. Do nothing and drag as many people down with you, because if they are here they are losers just like you. Don't let those other crabs crawl out of the barrel. If they can improve it will make you look like even more of a loser if all the other losers get buff and get laid.

(this is how this guy's inner demon is talking to him, so you might as well give him what his demon is whispering in his ear, that way he can see it on the screen and either accept it as fact, or face his fears and grow as a person)

Is that so?

This thread has never been about wether you should work out or not, it's about wether working out will attract women. It's about this thread that claims:

When you get to this stage, something very strange happens. All the attention and staring women gave you is gone (mostly). Ugly/Fat women will despise you as will the average women. Most girls will be scared of you (cute girls, very attractive girls)

It's an unrealistic expectation you feed to desperate guys. You are like a quacker that sells snake oil as a medicine and when somebody doesn't buy your quackery, you try to shame him.

Maybe snake oil is a good product, but certainly not a good medicine.

So don't promote it as such. And don't you dare to say that you promote working out only for self-improvement and not for attracting girls, because you promote self-improvement as a way to get women.

PS. Come to think of it, trying to shame a guy who doesn't play your game is a classic tactic of many women. Ironic...
