muscle will not solve everything but it can be a huge improvement.
if you make a commitment to yourself to bulk up with muscle make the same commitment to bulk up your social skills.
if you have a small head, too much muscle will make you look retarded.
ask random women if they think you'd look good with added muscle.
i think 10-20lbs of muscle with be great for everyone. 30-50lbs is a different story. for some it can be amazing, for others it can make them look stupid.
too low bodyfat is gross.
you have to carry yourself like your the man if you bulk up or else people will think something's wrong with you! its a must. actually as soon as you start working out you should focus on good posture smooth walk etc. start today
if you communicate a positive alpha male cool guy attitude through your body language people will see your physical attributes in a positive light.
on the other hand if you carry yourself like a loser people will see your bulk as something negative.
focus on legs. you can put a lot of weight on your legs before you start looking silly.
if your 5'8" or 5'9" i wouldn't think of going much over 185
5'10" or 5'11" i'd say stay under 200
6' or 6'2 id say stay under 220
6'4" 230 or 240
6'6 260
