You need some cedar trees for your shoes bro. They will last for years if you treat them right.I'll go no show so that I don't stink up the shoes.

Square toes are ugly and there is a lot of revulsion against them in the fashion world.Reason?
Absolutely. I like how you put it, a man that holds himself to a high standard....your clothes are an extension of yourself. If you want to be perceived as a confident, high value type of person, you not only act/behave that way, but you must also dress the part. You have to dress/groom yourself in a way where it shows that you spent some time and take pride in your appearance.Fashion is important, but you dont need to be excessive. I believe a man that holds himself to high standards will cause his woman to mirror that behavior. I rarely leave the house looking like a slob, and 8f I do, its usually gym clothes. If I am going somewhere afterwards, I will bring a change of clothes.
I noticed this has a profound impact on women as well. They want to be the better looking person and they should be. By holding myself to a certain level, they will mirror my behavior and get themselves ready. And I'm not talking like this takes a lot of effort or time, it is merely the choices you make for clothing and bathing.
When I first started dating my girl, she would roll out in gym clothes or floppy pants and a tshirt. She sees me and is like... "your dressed so nice " in other words, not a slob. Now, she always takes the time to look good for me because she sees that I like to present myself well.
It doesn't take much effort to look sharp, so just take a couple extra minutes to distinguish yourself from everyone else.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
